چکیده

مقدمه: احترام به حریم و منزلت بیماران عاملی ضروری در ایجاد مراقبت بیمارمحور، فردگرا و اخلاقی محسوب می شود و بر همین اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی وضعیت رعایت حریم و شأن بیماران بستری توسط کادر پرستاری در بیمارستان های شهر اصفهان صورت گرفت.
روش کار: این تحقیق یک پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی است که در سال 1391 در بیمارستان های شهر اصفهان صورت گرفته است. در این تحقیق 400 نفر از بیماران بستری به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای انتخاب و مورد بررسی قرار گرفته اند. داده ها از طریق پرسش نامه ای با مقیاس لیکرت پنج رتبه ای و در ابعاد حفظ حریم فیزیکی، حریم اطلاعاتی، توجه به وضعیت پوشش و آراستگی بیمار و رعایت طرح انطباق و تطابق جنسیتی توسط کادر پرستاری جمع آوری شد و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی - تحلیلی در نرم افزار spss مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد 4/46% از بیماران حریم خود را در سطح خوب و 4/45% در سطح متوسط بیان کردند. بالاترین میانگین نمره (93/0±22/3) مربوط به پوشاندن سایر قسمت های بدن بیماران هنگام معاینه یا درمان، توسط پرستار و پایین ترین میانگین نمره (73/1±55/1) مربوط به استفاده از پاراوان یا پرده در اطراف تخت هنگام معاینه یا درمان بود. همچنین نتایج آزمون های آماری نشان دهندۀ وجود ارتباط معناداری بین نوع بیمارستان، بخش و تعداد نفرات بستری در یک اتاق با میزان رعایت حریم بیماران بود.
نتیجه گیری: این پژوهش نشان داد که وضعیت رعایت حریم و شأن بیماران در سطح نسبتاً مطلوبی قرار دارد؛ هرچند این بررسی بر توجه خاص مسئولان پرستاری به برنامه ریزی و اجرای اقدامات لازم، جهت بهتر شدن این امر مهم تأکید می نماید

Introduction:
Respecting the privacy and dignity of patients is necessary for the establishment of patient-based, ethical and individualistic care. Accordingly, the present study aimed to evaluate the status of respect for the privacy and dignity of patients by nurses in Isfahan hospitals.
Method and Matrials:
This is a descriptive-analytical study that was conducted in Isfahan hospitals in 2012. In this study, 400 patients were selected and studied by cluster sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaires in Likert scale in the dimensions of physical privacy, informational privacy, paying attention to the dressing and adornment of the patient and consideration of gender conformity by nurses. Data were analyzed using descriptive and analytical statistics with SPSS software.
Results:
The results showed that 46.4 percent of patients evaluated their privacy as to be good, and 45.4% of them as average.The highest average score (3.22±0.93) was related to covering the rest of the patient's body during an examination or treatment by a nurse and the lowest mean score (1.55±1.73) was related to using partition or curtains around the bed during an examination or treatment. The results of statistical tests showed that there is a significant association between the type of hospital, unit and the number of admissions in a room and respecting the privacy of the patients.
Conclusion:
This study showed that the status of respect for the privacy and dignity of patients is at a relatively favorable level however, this study highlights the special attention of nursing staff to plan and implement the necessary measures in order to modify and enhance this important issue
