چکیده

چکیده:
مقدمه: خشونت یک موضوع نگران کننده برای هرفرد و در هر محیطی به شمار می رود. برخلاف اینکه خشونت در هر سازمانی رخ می دهد، اما احتمال بروز آن در سازمان های ارائه کنندۀ خدمات درمانی بیشتر است. پژوهش حاضر در جهت بررسی « میزان خشونت کلامی و فیزیکی علیه پرستاران در بیمارستان های شهر سبزوار» انجام گردید.
مواد و روش ها : پژوهش حاضر توصیفی – مقطعی بوده و جمعیت مورد بررسی 87 نفر از پرستاران بیمارستان های شهر سبزوار بود. پرسشنامۀ مورد استفاده، خود گزارشی و شامل 26 سؤال و در سه بخش اطلاعات دموگرافیک، رو به رو شدن با خشونت کلامی و فیزیکی و سایر سؤال های مربوط به مشخصات فرد مهاجم و گزارش دهی آن بود. داده ها با نرم افزار SPSS ویرایش 16 و آمار توصیفی، آزمون ANOVA وKruskal Wallis تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته ها : نتایج نشان داد که 56/73 درصد از پرستاران مورد حملۀ کلامی و 73/28 درصد مورد برخورد فیزیکی قرار گرفتند. بین سن و جنسیت پرستاران و تعداد دفعات مواجهه با خشونت کلامی و فیزیکی و همچنین سابقۀ کار و تعداد دفعات مواجهه با خشونت کلامی رابطه معناداری وجود داشت (05/0>p).
نتیجه گیری : با توجه به شیوع بالای حمله کلامی علیه پرستاران، پیشنهاد می شود این امر مورد توجه قرار گیرد و اقدامات لازم در این زمینه اجرا شود.

Introduction:
Violence is considered as an issue of great concern to everyone and in every environment. Despite to the fact that violence occurs in every organization, its likelihood in health service provider organizations is higher. The present study was performed with the intention of investigating "the verbal and physical violence against nurses in hospitals in Sabzevar".
Materials and Methods:
The present study was a descriptive cross - sectional one and the population under study was 87 nurses from Sabzevar hospitals. The used questionnaire was a self-reporting one consisting of 26 questions in three parts such as demographic information, facing verbal and physical violence, and other questions related to the perpetrator and its report. Data were analyzed using SPSS (version 16) and Descriptive Statistics, ANOVA and Kruskal Wallis.
Results:
The results showed that the 73.56 per cent of nurses were verbally attacked by the patients and 28.73 per cent of them experienced physical confrontation with the patients and their companions. There is a significant relationship between age and sex of nurses and experiencing verbal and physical violence, as well as career history and facing verbal violence (p < 0.05).
Conclusion:
Since lots of verbally attacked were suggested, more attention must be paid to this issue and the necessary steps must be taken in this regard.
