چکیده

مقدمه : اخلاق در همه مشاغل ضروری است اما در حرفه پرستاری ضرورت بیشتری دارد، چرا که رفتار اخلاقی و توام با مسئوولیت پرستاران نقش موثری در بهبود و بازگشت سلامتی بیماران دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیراخلاق حرفه ای بر مسئولیت اجتماعی پرستاران بیمارستان علی ابن ابیطالب شهرستان زاهدان می باشد.
روش کار : این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر اجرا توصیفی- پیمایشی با رویکرد همبستگی می باشد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه پرستاران بیمارستان علی ابن ابیطالب شهرستان زاهدان، به تعداد 685 نفر می باشد. حجم نمونه، بر اساس فرمول کوکران شامل 312 نفر از پرستاران شاغل می باشد که  به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده اند. جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات از دو روش کتابخانه ای و میدانی استفاده شده است. ابزار گرد آوری داده ها شامل پرسش نامه های استاندارد اخلاق حرفه ای پرستاری و مسئولیت اجتماعی می باشد که روایی پرسشنامه ها به تایید صاحب نظران رسیده و پایایی آنها با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ برابر با 72/0 و87/0 محاسبه گردید. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها  از نرم افزار 22 spss در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی استفاده شد .
یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد ضریب همبستگی چندگانه بین متغیرهای اخلاق حرفه ای و مسئولیت اجتماعی پرستاران بیمارستان علی ابن ابیطالب شهرستان زاهدان  برابر با  R=0.293 می باشد و ضریب تعیین محاسبه شده برابر با R2=0.086 می باشد. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش مولفه های احترام به حیات انسان ها(0.158)، عدم آسیب و صدمه به بیماران(0.076) و صداقت (0.052)بیشترین تاثیر را بر مسئولیت اجتماعی پرستاران دارد.
نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش می توان گفت مولفه های رازاری ، اختیار ، نیکو کاری و عدالت در پژوهش حاضر بر مسئولیت اجتماعی پرستاران تاثیر گذار نبوده است و با توجه به اینکه رعایت مولفه های اخلاق حرفه ای در بین پرستاران به آنها کمک می کند تا وظایف محوله خود را با مسئولیت اجتماعی بالاتر و بهتری انجام دهند لذا بررسی و شناسایی و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب جهت بهبود وضعیت اخلاق حرفه ای در پرستاران ضروری به نظر می رسد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction:
Behavior is essential in the all occupations but it is more essential in nurse career because ethical behavior along with nursing responsibility plays an effective role in improving the health of patients. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of professionalism on social responsibility of nurses of Ali ibn Abi Talib hospital in Zahedan.
Materials and Methods:
This research is an applied and descriptive survey with a correlation approach. The statistical population consisted of all nurses of Ali ibn Abi Talib hospital in Zahedan, 685 people. The sample size, based on Cochran formula, consists of 312 employed nurses who were selected by simple random sampling method. Two types of library and field methods have been used to collect information. The data gathering tool was a standard nursing professional ethics questionnaire (Khalili et al., 1393) and social responsibility (Samadi et al., 2013). The validity of the questionnaires has been confirmed by the professors and experts and their reliability is confirmed by using Cronbach's alpha was calculated to be 0.72 and 0.87. For data analysis, SPSS 22 software was used at descriptive statistics and inferential statistics.
Results:
The results showed that multi-correlation coefficient between professional ethics and social responsibility variables of nurses of Ali ibn Abi Talib hospital in Zahedan city is R = 0.293. The calculated coefficient of determination is R2 = 0.086. According to the results, the components of respect for human life (0.158), non-injury and damage to patients (0.076) and honesty (0.052) have the greatest impact on social responsibility of nurses.
Conclusion:
Based on the results of the study, the components of secrecy, authority, beneficence and justice in this study have not influenced on social responsibility of nurses. Considering the fact that observance of professional ethics components among nurses helps them to fulfill the assigned duties Therefore, it is necessary to investigate and identify appropriate strategies to improve the status of professional ethics in nurses.
