اصل رازداری در بیماری با نقص ایمنی بستری در بیمارستان: گزارش مورد

چکیده
مقدمه: رازداری و محرمانه نگه داشتن اطلاعات بیماران اصلی بسیار مهم در حرفه پزشکی می باشد. این مسئله در بیماران مبتلا به نقص ایمنی اکتسابی از دیر باز چالش بزرگی بوده است. ولیکن جنبه های اخلاقی حفظ حقوق فردی در ارتباط با افراد دیگر مرتبط با بیماران از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. لذا در این مطالعه به معرفی موردی با چالش اخلاقی حفظ اسرار بیمار مبتلا به نقص ایمنی اکتسابی در بیمارستان توسط کادر درمان معرفی گردیده است. معرفی بیمار: بیمار آقای 44 ساله که به دلیل سنگ کلیه در بخش اورولوژی بیمارستان بستری شده بود. این بیمار مبتلا به دو بیماری HIVمثبت و هپاتیت بی نیز بود و با مطلع شدن افراد دیگر در بیمارستان و قصور در حفظ اسرار توسط کادر درمان، سبب سرافکندگی و بی آبرویی او شده و پس از درگیری، بدون درمان و عمل جراحی سنگ شکن از بیمارستان با رضایت خود خارج شد. نتیجه‌گیری: چالش اخلاقی که در این مطالعه مواجه هستیم، محرمانه نگه داشتن اسرار بیمار که از اصول اتونومی یا خودمختاری می باشد، بسیار مهم است و از طرفی به علت مرگبار بودن این بیماری ها اطلاع رسانی و حفظ امینت سایر تیم درمان نیز بسیار ضروری می باشد. در نتیجه راه حل، اطلاع رسانی محرمانه به پرسنل و برچسب روی پرونده ی بیمار می باشد. کلیدواژه‌ها: رازداری، اخلاق حرفه ای، HIV، چالش اخلاقی، نقص ایمنی اکتسابی

Introduction: Secrecy and confidentiality of the information of the main patients are important in the medical profession. This has been a major challenge in patients with acquired latent impairment. However, the ethical aspects of protecting individual rights in relation to other people are very important to patients. Therefore, in this study, a case has been introduced with the ethical challenge of protecting the patient's patient with acquired immunodeficiency in the hospital by the medical staff. Case Report: A 44-year-old patient hospitalized in the urological part of the kidney stone. The patient was infected with two HIV-positive and hepatitis B deficiencies, and, knowing the other people in the hospital and failing to keep the secrets by the custodian, caused her dismay and disgrace, and after the cessation, treatment and surgery of the crusher from the hospital With your consent. Conclusion: The ethical challenge we face in this study is to protect the confidentiality of the patient from the principles of autonomy or autonomy, and on the other hand, because of the fatalities of these diseases, informing and maintaining the safety of the other treatment team is also very necessary.
