تبیین شاخص های اخلاق تدریس در اموزش علوم پزشکی :یک مطالعه ترکیبی

چکیده

مقدمه: شاخص های اخلاق در تدریس با ارائه یک الگوی عملی زمینه را جهت رشد و توسعه آن در محیط آموزشی فراهم می آورد و توجه محض به انتقال دانش و حذف بعد تربیت از مسئولیت اساتید را یادآوری می نماید. این مطالعه با هدف  بررسی  اخلاق تدریس از دیدگاه اساتید و دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم در قالب یک مطالعه ترکیبی انجام شد.
روش‌کار: در این پژوهش ترکیبی، در بخش کمی، 100 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. در بخش کیفی نیز 8 نفر از اساتید و 20 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه به صورت هدفمند مشارکت داشتند. ابزار پژوهش در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه ای مشتمل بر 35 سوال در یک طیف 5 بخشی بود. تلفیق یافته های کمی و کیفی منجر به استخراج شاخص ها و گویه های پرسشنامه اخلاق در تدریس آموزش علوم پزشکی گردید.
یافته‌ها: در بخش کمی و در بین ابعاد پرسشنامه، بعد اخلاق حرفه ای مدرس نسبت به خود از بالاترین میانگین برخوردار بود که در این حیطه بیشترین میانگین مربوط به منزلت مدرس با میانگین ( 0.92 ± 3.07) بود و بعد از آن مولفه روابط انسانی از مقادیر بیشتری برخوردار بود که بیشترین میانگین مربوط به علاقه و محبت واقعی نسبت به دانشجویان با میانگین (0.92 ± 3.04)بود. در بخش کیفی از مجموع تعداد 74 کد بررسی شده، تعداد 3 تم استخراج گردید که شامل اخلاق فردی، اجتماعی و حرفه ای بودند.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتـایج بـه دست آمده در این پژوهش که از تلفیق دو بخش کمی و کیفی  به دست آمد منجر به ارائه  شاخص ها و گویه هایی جهت بررسی وضعیت اخلاق در تدریس علوم پزشکی شد که در مقایسه با پرسشنامه  های قبل جامعیت بیشتری دارد.

Introduction: This study aimed to explain the teaching ethics from the viewpoints of Jahrom University of Medical
Sciences professors and students as a mixed method.
Materials and Methods: This is qualitative- quantitative study with mixed approach .In quantitative part, 100 students of Jahrom University of Medical Sciences were selected using stratified random sampling method. In the qualitative part, 20 students and 8 professors participated. The research instrument in the quantitative was reliable and valid questionnaire of professional ethics, consisting of 35 questions in 5 point continuum. In-depth semi-structured interviews were used in the qualitative section by Colizzi analysis. The results of two parts extracted and new indicators and dimension emerged from mixed method
Results: In the aspect of ethic in teaching, the highest mean was related to the personality of the teacher in related
to the recognition of teacher dignity (3.07±_0.92). Another high mean od score was related to interpersonal relationship with higher score in, genuine interest to students (3.04 ±_0.92.The qualitative section of the total of 74 codes examined, 3 themes were selected. Themes included individual, social, and professional ethics. With a total of 11 subthemes identified in the qualitative review.
Conclusion: Results from two qualitative and qualitative parts lead to emerge questioner's items that is comprehensive in content and dimensions than current questionnaire in medical education. This indicator may be used by many researcher in Iran.
