پژوهشی مقطعی در بررسی تأثیر دیدگاه اخلاق اسلامی بر نظام سلامت اداری با نقش میانجی سرمایۀ معنوی پرستاران در پاندمی کووید19 ( 1399)

چکیده

مقدمه: ترس و اضطراب ناشی از ابتلای احتمالی به کووید-19، بار روانی زیاد و مخربی ایجاد نموده که می‌تواند منجر به ناهنجاری‌های روحی و روانی، عدم درست انجام دادن کارها، ارتباط بد با بیماران، عصبانیت و خشم، تضعیف سیستم ایمنی و کاهش توان بدن در مبارزه با بیماری‌ها در افراد جامعه از جمله گروه درمان (پرستاران، پزشکان و غیره) گردد. به همین منظور، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر اخلاق اسلامی بر نظام سلامت اداری با نقش میانجی سرمایه معنوی پرستاران در بیمارستان‌های شهر همدان انجام شد.
روش کار: این پژوهش از نظر کاربردی و شیوۀ جمع ­آوری داده ­ها به صورت توصیفی-مقطعی است. جامعۀ آماری، شامل پرستاران بیمارستان‌های شهر همدان می ­باشد. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامۀ استاندارد یوسف (2001) برای اخلاق اسلامی، دارای چهار بعد (کار دقیق، کار انسان‌دوستانه، استقلال و سودمندی اجتماعی)، پرسشنامۀ هووی و فیلدمن(1996) برای سلامت اداری، با سه بعد(ساختاری، شناختی و رابطه‌ای) و زوهر  و مارشال(2004) برای سرمایۀ معنوی، دارای چهار بعد(ارزش‌گرایی معنوی، اخلاق‌گرایی، اهمیت و تأثیرگذاری) بوده است. جهت سنجش روایی از آزمون روایی محتوایی، همگرایی و واگرایی و برای سنجش پایای سؤالات نیز از آزمون‌های آلفای کرونباخ، بارهای عاملی و پایایی ترکیبی استفاده گردید.
یافته‌ها: مشخص شد که اخلاق اسلامی در بین پرستاران بیمارستان‌های شهر همدان، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری (ß=59% , p<0.01) بر سلامت اداری دارد. همچنین سرمایۀ معنوی پرستاران، به‌صورت معنا‌داری بر سلامت اداری نیز تأثیر مثبتی دارد (p<0.01, ß=83%)، این در حالی است که سرمایۀ معنوی، نقش میانجی مثبتی بین اخلاق اسلامی و سلامت اداری ایفا می‌کند (p<0.01, ß=63%).
نتیجه‌گیری: می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که مؤلفه‌های اساسی اخلاق اسلامی شامل: توکل به خدا، تواضع در برابر خلق، صداقت و وفای به عهد خود می‌تواند همبستگی معنوی بیشتری را در میان منابع انسانی سازمانی از جمله پرستاران بیمارستان‌ که عنصر اساسی کادر درمان محسوب می‌شوند، ایجاد کند و پرستاران سالم و اخلاق‌مدار در محیط یک بیمارستان، اندیشه‌های متعالی و مثبت‌نگرانه را دنبال می‌کنند و همین حس مثبت و مسئولیت‌مدارانه، آن‌ها را از انجام رفتارهای ضد سلامت اداری باز می‌دارد.

Introduction: Fear and anxiety due to possible infection with Covid-19 has created a high and destructive psychological burden that can lead to mental disorders, lack of right performing of tasks, poor communication with patients, anger and rage, weakened immune system, and reduced body's ability to fight diseases in people of society, including the health care group (nurses, physicians, etc.). For this purpose, the present study was conducted to investigate the effect of Islamic work ethic on the administrative health system with the mediating role of nurses' spiritual capital in hospitals in Hamadan.
Materials and Methods: The present study was an applied research in terms of aim and descriptive-cross-sectional in terms of data collection method. The statistical population included nurses of hospitals in Hamadan. Data collection tools included standard Yousef (2001) Islamic work ethic questionnaire with four dimensions of (precision work, humanitarian work, independence and social utility), Howie and Feldman administrative (1996) health questionnaire with three dimensions (structural, cognitive, and relational), and Zohar and Marshall (2004) spiritual capital questionnaire with four dimensions (spiritual value, morality, importance and influence). Content validity, convergent validity, and divergent validity were used to assess validity and Cronbach's alpha, factor loads and composite reliability tests were used to
assess the reliability of the questions.
Results: Results revealed that Islamic ethics among nurses of hospitals in Hamadan has a positive and significant effect
(β = 59%, p<0.01) on administrative health. Also, the spiritual capital of nurses has a significant positive effect on administrative health (β=83%, p<0.01), and spiritual capital plays a positive mediating role in the relationship between Islamic ethics and administrative health (β=63%, p<0.01).
Conclusion: It can be concluded that the basic components of Islamic ethics including trust in God, humility towards
the people, honesty and fulfillment of one's promise can create more spiritual solidarity among organizational human resources including hospital nurses who are the basic element of medical staff and healthy and ethical nurses in a hospital setting pursue transcendent and positive thoughts, and this positive and responsible sense prevents them from involving in unhealthy administrative behaviors.
