Objective :This study aimed to determine the most important barriers of patients’ privacy in the management domain from nurses  view point of in educational-therapeutic centers affiliated to Gilan University of Medical Science in Rasht city in 2015-2016.  Methods :In this cross-sectional, descriptive, analytical study conducted on 186nursing managers chosen by census method and 230 nurses chosen by stratified random method .Data were collected using reliable and valid researcher-made questionnaires.  SPSS21 data analysis software and descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and  Factor analysis was performed. Results : The results showed, Factor analysis of the 23words of the questionnaire , the most important barriers to patient privacy in the four areas were as follows: management domain with special value (7.6 )and variance percent pridected 24/7%. Conclusion : The results showed that the management domain is the most important effect is non – compliance with patient privacy.   مقدمه : از جمله عوامل مهم در ایجاد رضایت خاطر بیماران بستری، احترام به حریم خصوصی آنان است. هدف: این مطالعه با هدف تعیین مهمترین موانع رعایت حریم خصوصی بیماران از دیدگاه  پرستاران شاغل در مراکز آموزشی – درمانی  شهر رشت انجام شد. روش کار:  این مطالعه  مقطعی و از نوع توصیفی – تحلیلی است که در آن 143 مدیر پرستاری به صورت  سرشماری و 230پرستار  به روش تصادفی طبقه بندی شده  مورد بررسی قرارگرفتند .ابزار گردآوری داده ها ،  پرسشنامه محقق ساخته روا و پایا شده  در دو بخش مجزا بود .آنالیز داده ها توسط نرم افزارSPSS21 و شاخصهای آمار توصیفی  ( میانگین، انحراف معیار) و تحلیل عاملی انجام گردید. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد ، در تحلیل عاملی  از بین 23 عبارت پرسشنامه ، حیطه مدیریتی با مقدار ویژه 6/7 و درصد واریانس پیش بینی کننده 7/24 درصد می باشد.  نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد حیطه محیطی از ابعاد مهم تأثیرگذار در عدم رعایت حریم خصوصی بیماران  است.   https://ethic.jums.ac.ir/article_700634_d75828fba1c28fb4ba0bdd72f83771c4.pdf
