چکیده

مقدمه: دانشجویان به دلیل حضور مستقیم در موقعیت آموزشی، ارتباط نزدیکتری با اساتید دارند و دیدگاه آنان نسبت به ویژگی های یک استاد مطلوب می تواند تأثیر زیادی در فرآیند یادگیری آنان داشته باشد. از آنجایی که موضوع داشتن صلاحیت اخلاقی و از آن مهم تر رعایت اخلاق حرفه ای در مراقبت یا آموزش مراقبت به طور شایسته مورد توجه قرار نگرفته است بنابراین این پژوهش با هدف شناسائی دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز نسبت به وضعیت رعایت اخلاق حرفه ای اساتید در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز انجام گرفت. روش کار: در این پژوهش توصیفی، مقطعی، کاربردی 147 نفر از دانشجویان پرستاری در سال 1389 از ترم دوم به بالا وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه ای دو قسمتی که روایی و پایایی آن تایید شده بود، صورت گرفت(83/0 r=) تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی انجام شد. یافته ها: میانگین سنی شرکت کنندگان 57/1±55/21 بود. بیشترین مواردی که رعایت آن ها از دیدگاه دانشجویان توسط اساتید در اولویت قرار می‌گرفت به ترتیب شامل: آموزش صحیح تئوری، آموزش صحیح بالینی و انتقادپذیری بودند. یافته های به دست آمده در این پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که دانشجویان حیطه های تحمل افکار دیگران، انتقادپذیری و شناخت استعدادها و توانایی ها در اساتید را نسبت به موارد دیگر در سطح پایین تری گزارش کردند. میزان معدل و سال تحصیلی دانشجویان مورد بررسی ارتباط معنی داری با دیدگاه آنان نداشت (06/0p=). نتیجه گیری: این بررسی نشان داد از دیدگاه دانشجویان اساتید با رعایت اخلاق حرفه ای در بهبود این ویژگی در دانشجویان پرستاری نقش مهمی را دارا هستند و دانشجویان نیز با الگوگیری از آنان نسبت به رفتار آنان بسیار حساس هستند. بررسی بیشتر در رشته های مختلف می تواند کاربرد های عملی برای بخش های آموزش، مدیریت و محیط های بالینی را موجب شده و از این راه ، اخلاق حرفه ای اساتید را بهبود بخشد.

Students have a closer relationship with professors, since they are participating in education, and their perceptions of the characteristics of an ideal instructor can greatly impact their learning process. This study was conducted to identify nursing students’ views regarding the status of professional ethics among professors in Shiraz University of Medical Sciences.
Materials and Methods:
In this cross-sectional, descriptive, and applied study 147 nursing students of second to last semesters were included. Data were collected using a two-part questionnaire whose validity and reliability were tested (r=0.83). Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics.
Results:
The mean age of participants were 21.55 ± 1.57 years. Aspects most prioritized by students were respectively: proper theoretical instruction, proper clinical training, and openness to criticism. The findings revealed that students rated professors’ lenience towards other people’s thoughts, openness to criticism, and identification of talents as poorer compared to other characteristics. Students GPA and their year of study were not significantly related to their views (p= 0.06).
Conclusion:
This study showed that students are sensitive to and model after their professors’ behaviors students believe that professors’ adherence to professional ethics will highly promote it among nursing students. Further investigations in other disciplines can reveal applications for clinical settings and also educational and managerial sections and thus, enhance professional ethics among professors.
