چکیده

مقدمه: پیشرفت فناوری اطلاعات سبب ایجاد تحول در علوم مختلف و موجب ظهور حیطه های جدیدی چون آموزش الکترونیک و سلامت الکترونیک شده است. استفاده از دوره های آموزشی الکترونیک به دلیل انعطاف پذیری این نظام آموزشی، امکان خوبی را برای گسترش محتوای علمی و افزایش عمق یادگیری فراهم می کند. و می تواند یکی از مهم ترین راه های پاسخگویی به نیازهای رو به رشد آموزشی و مهارتی در حوزۀ علم پرستاری باشد.
روش کار : پژوهش حاضر به شیوۀ مروری است که با جستجو در پایگاه های داده ای انگلیسی از سال های 2004 تا 2014 و فارسی از سال های 1383الی1393 مقالات مربوط به آن مورد تحقیق وبررسی قرار گرفت . ابتدا54 مقاله انتخاب و از میان آنها 32 مقالۀ مرتبط با موضوع مورد نظر ارزشیابی شد .
یافته ها: تحقیقات نشان داد که استفاده از آموزش الکترونیک نباید به عنوان یک روش جایگزین برای همۀ روش های آموزشی استفاده شود، بلکه باید به عنوان یک روش مکمل در کنار سایر روش ها، در آموزش پرستاری استفاده گردد.
نتیجه گیری: آنچه مسلم است، آموزش الکترونیک بهتر و ارزشمندتر از همۀ روش های سنتی آموزش، در پرستاری نیست بلکه می تواند به عنوان یک روش حمایتی و مکمل در آموزش پرستاری مورد توجه قرار گیرد .

Electronic learning and nursing education

Introduction:
Advancement of information technology cause a change in sciences and the appearance of new areas in this such as e-learning and e-health. The use of e-learning courses because of its flexibility have a good possibility for expansion of scientific content and provides increasing depth of learning. That can be one of the most important ways to receive an educational growing needs and skills in the field of nursing science.
Materials and Methods:
By searching the English databases from 2004 to 2014 and the Persian literature from 1383 to 1393, the present study was to investigate the related articles. Firstly, 54 papers were selected and by closer examination, 32 papers were identified completely related to the present study.
Results:
The results showed that e-learning should not be regarded as an alternative method for all training methods, instead it should be used as a complementary method along with the other methods used in nursing education.
Conclusion:
What is certain is that e-learning is not better and more valuable than all traditional methods of teaching in nursing, but it can be of particular interest as a supportive and complementary method in nursing education
