چکیده

چکیده:

مقدمه: آموزش جنسی از نیازهای اساسی بیماران مبتلا به سکته قلبی است. با توجه به اهمیت نقش پرستاران در آموزش به بیمار در حال حاضر موانع زیادی در ارائه آموزش به بیمار  به ویژه آموزش مسائل جنسی به بیماران سکته قلبی توسط پرستاران وجود دارد که لازم است مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. بنابراین این پژوهش به منظور بررسی موانع اجرای آموزش توسط پرستاران به بیماران سکته قلبی پیرامون فعالیت جنسی در بیمارستان های شهر ستان یزد انجام شد.

روش کار: این بررسی یک پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی به روش مقطعی است که بر روی 100 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بخش های قلب و CCU بیمارستان های منتخب شهرستان یزد در سال 1392، که به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای انتخاب شده بودند، انجام گرفته است. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها شامل سه پرسشنامه مشخصات فردی و موانع عمومی و موانع اختصاصی آموزش به بیماران سکته قلبی پیرامون فعالیت جنسی بود. اعتبار ابزار به روش اعتبار محتوی، صوری و پایایی ابزار به روش همسانی درونی محاسبه گردید. تجریه و تحلیل داده ها با نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 20 و  آمار توصیفی شامل میانگین، انحراف معیار، فراوانی و درصد و آزمون های  تی مستقل و آنالیز واریانس انجام گردید.

یافته ها: در این تحقیق 52 درصد مؤنث و بقیه مذکر بودند. همچنین اکثر افراد (61درصد) در گروه سنی 34-24 سال قرار داشتند. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد در بعد عمومی، عبارات «فرآیندهای اضافی کار » با 87 درصد و «عدم انگیزه پرستار برای آموزش» با 86 درصد، همچنین در بعد اختصاصی عبارات «حجب و حیای بیماران» با 85 و «دشواری بحث در زمینه مسائل جنسی برای پرستار» با 84 درصد به ترتیب بیشترین مانع برای آموزش فعالیت جنسی به بیماران دچار سکته قلبی بودند. میانگین امتیاز موانع کل و همچنین ابعاد عمومی و اختصاصی به طور معنا داری در پرستاران با سن پایین تر، مؤنث، مجرد، شاغل در بخش قلب، دارای مدرک لیسانس ، با سابقه کار پایین، بالاتر گزارش گردید (05/0p < ).

نتیجه گیری: باتوجه به یافته های پژوهش و موانع نام برده شده توصیه می شود مسئولین امر به دنبال راه حل هایی برای افزایش انگیزه پرستاران(مالی0غیرمالی)، درنظر گرفتن قانون تطابق در امر اموزش، درنظر گرفتن پرستار مسئول آموزش به رفع موانع اقدام نمایند.

Abstract:

Introduction:

Sexual education is one of the basic needs of patients with heart attack. Given the importance of the role of nurses in educating patients, now there are many obstacles in providing patient with education, particularly sexual education in myocardial infarction patients, by nurses that is necessary to be dealt with. So, the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the barriers to training sexual activity to heart attack patients by nurses in Yazd province hospitals.

Materials and Methods:

This study is cross-sectional study carried out on 100 CCU and cardiac nurses, whom were selected by cluster sampling, in selected hospitals in Yazd city in . Data collection tools included three questionnaires of demographic, of general obstacles and of specific obstacles to sexual activity education to heart attack patients. Tool validity was calculated through content and face validity and tool reliability was calculated through internal consistency. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 20 and descriptive statistics such as mean, standard deviation, frequency and percentage and independent T and ANOVA tests.

Results:

In this study, 52 percent were female and the rest were male. Moreover, the majority of people (61%) were in the age group of 34-24 years old. The results of this study showed that in general aspect, the terms "additional procedures" with 87% and " nurses’ lack of motivation for training " with 86%, and also in specialized aspect, the terms " patients’ modesty and shyness" with 85% and "the difficulty discussing sexual issues for nurses " with 84% percent were the highest barrier sexual activity training to heart attack patients, respectively.
