چکیده

زمینه و هدف: محیط یادگیری آموزش علوم پزشکی علاوه بر دانشگاه ها، بیمارستان و بالین بیماران را نیز در بر می گیرد. معیار ها و ارزش های اخلاقی در محیط های آموزشی دانشجویان دارای نقش غیر قابل انکاری می باشند.در حالت ایده آل این محیط اموزشی علاوه بر انجام فعالیت علمی همزمان محیطی برای رشد و شکوفایی رفتارهای اخلاقی افراد است. هدف از این مطالعه تبیین دیدگاه و تجربیات دانشجویان پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان از چالش های اخلاقی به طور عام در محیط آموزشی دانشگاه و بالین می باشد. روشکار: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه کیفی (1397) است. فرآیند گردآوری داده ها، مشتمل بر 26 مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با دانشجویان پرستاری و مامایی بود. نمونه گیری به صورت هدفمندآغاز و تا رسیدن به اشباع (تکرارپذیری) داده ها ادامه یافت. ابزار گردآوری داده ها مصاحبه های نیمه ساختار و باز پاسخ بوده است. حداقل یک سوال باز شامل " وقتی می گویم اخلاق در محیط آموزشی دانشگاه و کارآموزی های بالینی چه به ذهن شما میرسد؟" در تمامی مصاحبه ها تکرار شد. مصاحبه ها ضبط، دست نویس و با استفاده از روش "تحلیل محتوای مرسوم" تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: کد های بدست امده به سه درون مایه اصلی "چالش های اخلاقی محیط آموزشی"، "گپ آموزش تئوری-عملکرد بالینی"، "چالش های اخلاقی محیط بالینی" تقسیم شدند و هر درون مایه اصلی شامل چندین درون مایه فرعی می باشد. نتیجه گیری: دیدگاه دانشجویان در ارتباط با موضوعات اخلاقی بسیار گسترده است و محدود به اخلاق حرفه ای نمی شود بلکه ابعاد رفتار اجتماعی از اهمیت بیشتری بر خوردار می باشد. رفتار های ناهنجاری که دانشجویان یک امر غیر اخلاقی قلم داد می کردند، می توانست جو آموزشی را دچار تشنج کند. این چالش ها را می توان با مدیریت بهتر در امر آموزش و مسائل مربوط به فرهنگسازی به حداقل رساند یا برطرف کرد.

Background and Aim: In addition to universities, Learning Environment Medical Education also includes hospitals. Criteria and ethical values in the educational environment of students have an undeniable role. In best situation, In addition to performing academic activities in learning environment, it is a coherent environment for the growth and prosperity of individuals' ethical behaviors. This study aimed to explore medical students' viewpoints and experiences at Golestan University of Medical Science about ethics in clinical and academic environment in 2018. Materials and Methods: This study is a qualitative study (2018). The data collection process included 26 semi-structured interviews with nursing and midwifery students. The sampling was started purposefully and continued until saturation (repeatability) of data was achieved. At least an open question, "When I say ethics in clinical or education environment, what comes to your mind?" was repeated in all interviews. Interviews recorded, transcribed line by line and then analyzed according to "conventional content analysis" method. Results: Obtained codes were divided into three main categories. "Educational Environment Ethical Challenges", "Distance Learning Theory-Clinical Practice", "Ethical Challenges of the Clinical Environment". Each core contains several sub-elements. Conclusion: The students' view of ethics is very broad and it's not limited to professional ethics but dimensions of social behavior are more important. Abnormal behavior that students described as immoral, also could be harmful to the calmness of educational atmosphere. These challenges can be minimized or eliminated by better management of human resources and financial resources.
