چکیده

در روند I.V.F و روش‌های مشابه آن، تخمک‌های بارور شده فراوانی به شیوه های مختلف نابود می شوند در حالی که امکان زنده ماندن و تبدیل آن‌ها به انسان‌هایی چون ما، وجود دارد به شیوه‌های مختلف نابود می‌شوند. سؤال اساسی این است که این عمل از نگاه «اخلاق زیست پزشکی» که یکی از زیرشاخه‌های اخلاق کاربردی است، قابل توجیه است یا خیر؟
درپاسخ این سؤال دو دیدگاه وجود دارد: یکی آن که رویان را در این مرحله دارای شأنیت اخلاقی می‌شمرد؛ بنابراین از بین بردن رویان‌های اضافی را درشرایط عادی خلاف اصول مسلم و پذیرفته شده اخلاقی می‌داند و دیگری دیدگاهی که نقطه مقابل آن است. نگارندگان به دیدگاه اول معتقدند است و دلایل متعددی برای اثبات مدعایش بیان نموده و دلایل دیدگاه مخالف را ارزیابی و نقد کرده است لکن جهت برون رفت از چالش شأنیت اخلاقی رویان، پیشنهادهایی نیز ارائه نموده است تا این بحث مانعی بر سرراه تحقیقات و شیوه های نوین درمان ناباروری تلقی نگردد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction:

In the process of I.V.F and other similar methods, fertilized eggs are destroyed in various ways, while there is a possibility of their survival and of their transformation into humans such as us. The basic question is that whether this action is justifiable from the point of view of "bio medicine ethics", which is one of the subcategories of applied ethics?

Methods and Materials:

This study has been compiled using library studies and scientific articles in this field.

Conclusion:

There are two perspectives on this question: one that considers the embryo at this stage as having moral validity; therefore, the elimination of additional embryos in normal conditions is contrary to the accepted moral principles, and the other is the point of view opposite to it. The writers believe that the former is right and they have expressed various reasons for proving their claims. Furthermore, they assessed and criticized the reasons for the opposing view. Consequently, in order to get rid of this moral challenge of embryo, a number of suggestions have been proposed to prevent this discussion from being considered an obstacle to research and modern methods of treatment for infertility.
