چکیده
مقدمه: اخلاق حرفه‌ای یکی از مسائل اساسی در جوامع بشری به شمار می‌آید و نوعی مسوولیت و تعهد حرفه‌ای است که فرد در شغل خود دارد. با توجه به فقدان یک بررسی جامع در ایران، این مطالعه با هدف جمع اوری مستندات موجود درباره عوامل بازدارنده رعایت اخلاق و رفتار حرفه‌ای در نظام سلامت کشور انجام شد.

روش کار: این مطالعه به صورت مرورنظام مند و با استفاده از واژه ‌های کلیدی استاندارد در Mesh در پایگاه های اطلاعاتیMagIran، Iran medex،scholar Google، SID، Pubmed، Scopus، Web of science و در بازه زمانی سال‌های 1402- 1386 با زبان فارسی و انگلیسی انجام شد. تعداد 84 مقاله با متن کامل بر اساس چک لیست های معتبر Newcastle-Ottawa و AMSTARارزیابی و 27 مورد انها وارد مطالعه شدند.

یافته ها: طی بررسی مقالات، 27 مقاله وارد مطالعه شدند و بیش از دویست نکته مهم و مرتبط با موانع و عوامل بازدارنده رعایت اخلاق حرفه‌ای به صورت پراکنده در مقالات گزارش شد. از مهمترین عوامل بازدارنده اخلاق حرفه‌ای در حیطه آموزش عالی تبعیض قائل شدن در برخورد با دانشجویان، در حیطه پژوهش سرقت ادبی، در حیطه درمان کمبود نیرو نسبت به بیمار و جمعیت تحت پوشش و در حیطه رفتار حرفه‌ای کمبود آگاهی بود.

نتیجه‌گیری: علاوه بر اینکه موضوعات اخلاقی و رفتاری از طریق الگو قراردادن دیگران، غیرمستقیم و پنهان یادگرفته می‌شود، این مطالعه پیشنهاد می‌کند که آموزش اخلاق حرفه‌ای در نظام سلامت انجام گیرد.

Investigating the factors preventing the observance of ethics and professional behavior in educational, research and medical centers of Iran: a systematic review study

Introduction:
Professional ethics is one of the basic issues in human societies and it is a kind of professional responsibility and obligation that a person has in his job. Due to the lack of a comprehensive survey in Iran, this study was conducted with the aim of collecting the available documents about the factors preventing the observance of ethics and professional behavior in the country's health system.
Methods & Materials:
This study is a systematic review and using standard keywords in Mesh in MagIran, Iran medex, Google scholar, SID, Pubmed, Scopus, Web of science databases and in the period of 2007-2022 in Persian language and English, and 84 articles with full text and research quality were included in the study based on valid checklists) Newcastle-Ottawa  , AMSTAR(
Results:
During the review of the articles, 27 articles were included in the study, and more than two hundred important points related to the factors preventing the observance of professional ethics were reported scattered in the articles. One of the most important factors preventing professional ethics in the field of higher education was discrimination in dealing with students, in the field of research plagiarism, in the field of treatment, lack of strength towards the patient, and in the field of professional behavior, lack of knowledge.
Conclusion:
In addition to the fact that ethical and behavioral issues are learned indirectly and covertly through modeling others, this study suggests that professional ethics education should be carried out in the health system.
