چکیده
مقدمه: یادگیری رفتارهای خود مراقبتی در بیماران مبتلا به لوپوس اریتماتوز سیستمیک می ­تواند، آن­ها را به سمت حفظ سلامتی، سازگاری بیشتر با بیماری، افزایش توان مراقبتی و ارتقای کیفیت زندگی هدایت کند. آموزش از راه دور توسط پرستار، باعث ارتقای خودمراقبتی در بیماران می ­شود و از این طریق می ­توان به توسعۀ پرستاری و سلامت، شتاب بیشتری داد. پژوهش حاضر، با هدف تأثیر اجرای آموزش خودمراقبتی از طریق گوشی هوشمند، بر نشانه­ های جسمی و کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به لوپوس اریتماتوزسیستمیک، انجام شد.
روش­ کار: پژوهش حاضر، از نوع کارآزمایی بالینی دوسویه کور بود. نمونه­ ها با توجه به معیارهای ورود در شهرستان جهرم - شیراز جمع ­آوری گردید؛ سپس  به صورت تصادفی ساده، از طریق نرم افزار رایانه ­ای  به دو گروه مداخله و کنترل تقسیم شدند که در هر گروه، 25 نفر حضور داشتند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده را پرسشنامۀ دموگرافیک، نشانه­ های بیماری پرالتا­رامزی و کیفیت زندگی لوپوس Mcelhone تشکیل داد؛ بعد از تکمیل پرسشنامه توسط تمام بیماران، آموزش مجازی برای گروه مداخله، در پیام­ رسان سروش آغاز شد. دو ماه پس از پایان جلسات آموزشی، پرسشنامه­ های مرتبط، توسط هر دو گروه مداخله و کنترل تکمیل گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ ها، با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخۀ 22 و در سطح معناداری 05/ 0 درصد تعیین شد.
بحث: ارائه آموزش در زمینۀ خود مراقبتی می­ تواند، گام مهمی در جهت ارتقای سلامت جسمانی و بالا بردن کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا باشد و لازم است که راهکارهای درمانی غیر دارویی، در کنار درمان دارویی، برای مقابله با پیشرفت این بیماری، در بُعد جسمانی آن­ها استفاده گردد؛ همچنین تحقیقات انجام شده در زمینۀ آموزش خودمراقبتی در بیماران لوپوس و تأثیر آموزش مجازی در این حیطه، کمتر مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند؛ زیرا ارائه آموزش به این گروه از بیماران، در بیشتر زمان­ها از نوع حضوری بوده است.

چکیده English

Introduction: Learning self-care behaviors in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus can lead them to maintain their health, adapt more to the disease and increase their ability to care, and improve their quality of life. Distance education by nurses leads to the promotion of self-care in patients, and in this way, the development of nursing and health can be accelerated. The purpose of this study is the effect of self-care training through a smartphone on the physical symptoms and quality of life of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.
Methods & Materials: The present study was a double-blind clinical trial. The samples were collected according to the entry criteria in Jahrom-Shiraz city; then they were divided into two intervention and control groups in a simple random way through computer software, where there were 25 people in each group. The tools used were Mcelhone's demographic questionnaire, hyperthalamic disease symptoms and lupus quality of life; after all the patients have completed the questionnaire, the virtual training for the intervention group was started in Soroush Messenger. Two months after the completion of the training sessions, the relevant questionnaires were completed by both intervention and control groups. Data analysis was determined using SPSS version 22 software at a significance level of 0.5%.
Discussion: Providing education in the field of self-care can be an important step towards improving physical health and improving the quality of life of affected patients, and it is necessary to use non-pharmacological treatment solutions in addition to drug therapy to deal with the progress of this disease in their physical dimension. In addition, the research conducted in the field of self-care training in lupus patients was very limited, and the effect of virtual training were less investigated. Because the provision of education to this group of patients has been face-to-face most of the time.
