تجربیات دانشجویان پرستاری از مزایا و معایب آموزش مجازی: یک مطالعۀ آنالیز محتوای کیفی

چکیده
مقدمه: آموزش مجازی در پرستاری بسیار حیاتی است؛ زیرا انعطاف‌پذیری و دسترسی گسترده به آموزش را  مخصوصاً در شرایط چالش‌برانگیز فراهم می‌کند؛ بااین‌حال در ایران، تعداد محدودی از دانشگاه‌ها، موفق به پیاده‌سازی آموزش مجازی شده‌اند. طبق توصیۀ مطالعات، مسائل و مشکلات مربوط به آموزش‌های مجازی باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد تا روند یادگیری دانشجویان بهبود یابد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تجربیات دانشجویان پرستاری از مزایا و معایب آموزش مجازی انجام شد.
روش­ کار: در این پژوهش کیفی، 13 دانشجوی پرستاری و مامایی از دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان(1402) به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته، جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از تحلیل محتوای قراردادی و روش پنج مرحله‌ای گرانهایم و لوندمن و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA-10، مورد تجزیه ‌و تحلیل قرار گرفتند؛ همچنین از معیار لینکن و گوبا نیز برای اعتباربخشی داده‌ها استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: مزایای آموزش مجازی شامل: انعطاف‌پذیری، دسترسی آسان به محتوا، پیشگیری از بیماری‌های همه‌گیر، مشارکت در فعالیت‌های فرا­آموزشی، بهینه‌سازی سرمایه‌ها و توسعۀ مشارکت آموزشی بود که معایب نیز در سه دستۀ عوامل مربوط به استادان، دانشجویان و نارسایی زیرساخت‌های آموزش آنلاین، دسته‌بندی شدند.
نتیجه‌گیری: معایب آموزش مجازی در ایران، به ­دلیل محدودیت‌های زیرساختی، سرعت اینترنت پایین، هزینه‌های بالا و آموزش ناکافی استادان، نگران‌کننده است؛ بنابراین قبل از اجرای آموزش مجازی، باید توانایی دانشجویان در استفاده از اینترنت، نرم‌افزارها و منابع آنلاین، به‌دقت ارزیابی گردد.

Nursing Students' Experiences of the Advantages and Disadvantages of Virtual Education: A Qualitative Content Analysis Study

Introduction: Virtual education in nursing is very crucial, as it provides flexibility and wide access to education, especially in challenging situations. However, in Iran, only a limited number of universities have successfully implemented virtual education. According to the recommendations of studies, the issues and problems related to virtual education should be addressed to improve the learning process of students. This study aimed to investigate the experiences of nursing students regarding the advantages and disadvantages of virtual education.
Methods & Materials: In this qualitative study, 13 nursing and midwifery students from Isfahan University were purposefully selected in 2023. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using conventional content analysis and the five-step method of Graneheim and Lundman, with the support of MAXQDA-10 software. The Lincon and Guba criteria were also used to validate the data.
Results: The advantages of virtual education included flexibility, easy access to content, prevention of pandemic diseases, participation in extra-curricular activities, optimization of resourses, and development of educational participation. The disadvantages were also categorized into three categories: factors related to instructors, factors related to students, and inadequacies of the infrastructure for online education.
Conclusion: The disadvantages of virtual education in Iran are concerning due to infrastructure limitations, low internet speed, high costs, and inadequate training of instructors, compared to developed countries. Therefore, before implementing virtual education, the students' abilities to use the internet, educational software, and online resources should be carefully evaluated.
