تبیین نظرات کاربران فضای مجازی (تالار گفت و گو) نسبت به اهدای تخمک: یک مطالعۀ کیفی، تحلیلی- محتوایی

چکیده
مقدمه: در عصر حاضر، انجمن ­ها و تالارهای گفت­ و گوی سلامت آنلاین، در بیان نظرات، تجربیات و دیدگاه­ های ذینفعان، نقش مهمی دارند. از آنجا که روش ­های درمان ناباروری علی­رغم قدمتی بیش از سه دهه، همچنان با ابهاماتی همراه بوده است و طرح پرسش و کسب اطلاعات دقیق علمی به ­صورت آشکار در این زمینه، راحت نیست؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر، با هدف تبیین نظرات کاربران تالار گفت­ و گوی درمان­ های کمک باروری در زمینۀ اهدای تخمک انجام شد.
روش ­کار: پژوهش حاضر، از نوع کیفی، تحلیلی- محتوایی و بار روش قراردادی بود. افراد مورد مطالعه شامل تمام کاربران تالار گفت­ و گوی درمان ­های کمک باروری از وبگاه «نی­نی سایت» بودند که نظرات خود را در تالارهای مختلف( اردیبهشت 1398 تا اردیبهشت 1403) به اشتراک گذاشتند. هیچ­گونه محدودیتی به­ عنوان معیار ورود، مشخص نگردید. معیار خروج، حاوی موضوعات متفرقه مانند: تبلیغات برخی مراکز، اشخاص یا ابزارهای نوبت­ گیری پزشکان بود. نظرات تا رسیدن پژوهشگران به اشباع  و پیدا نشدن کد جدید، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. دو پرسش اصلی برآمده از واحدهای معنایی عبارت­­اند از: 1. گفت ­و گوها با چه هدفی ایجاد می ­شود و شروع کنندۀ بحث به دنبال چیست؟ 2. پاسخ­ دهندگان و مشارکت­ کنندگان در بحث چه رویکردی را دنبال می­کنند؟ داده ­ها به روش پنج مرحله‌ای گرانهایم و لوندمن و با نرم‌افزار MAXQDA-10، مورد تجزیه‌ و قرار گرفت. معیار لینکن و گوبا نیز برای اعتباربخشی داده‌ها استفاده گردید.
یافته ­ها: ابتدا 160 عنوان (تاپیک) به وجود آمده در تالار گفت­وگوی «نی­نی سایت»، به 9 دسته تقسیم شد؛ سپس 1354 کد اولیه، 23 زیر طبقه، 9 طبقۀ فرعی  و 4 طبقۀ اصلی از مباحث انجام شده به­دست آمد. 4 مضمون اصلی عبارت­اند از: احساسات و عواطف؛ جذب اهداکنندگان و متقاضیان؛ بیان تجربیات؛ ارائه دانش.
نتیجه ­گیری: یافته­ های پژوهش حاضر نشان داد، با توجه به آنکه تالارهای گفت ­و گو، فرصت مناسبی برای ارائه نظر کاربران می­ باشد؛ اما کمتر، برای ارتقای توسعۀ دانش و آگاهی مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است؛ این تالارهای گفت­وگو می ­توانند، جایگاهی در زمینۀ یافتن اهدا­کنندگان، افراد متقاضی و گاهی کاهش دغدغه ­ها و نگرانی ­ها باشند. پیشنهاد می ­شود که محققان در ادامۀ این پژوهش، با مراجعه به تالارهای گفت­وگوی دیگر کشورها، یک مطالعۀ تطبیقی، میان رشته­ای و دانش مهندسی، در صورت دسترسی به اطلاعات پشتیبانی این تالار گفت­ و گو انجام دهند و بتوانند پژوهش­ های داده­ کاوی جزئیات کمی بیشتر، در مورد نظرات کاربران به ­دست آورند.

Analytical Study of the Development of Information Literacy of Cyberspace Users Regarding Egg Donation Based on Forum Comments

Introduction:
Online health forums play a significant role in expressing the opinions, experiences, and perspectives of stakeholders. Infertility treatment methods, despite being over three decades old, are still associated with ambiguities, making it difficult to obtain accurate scientific information openly in this field. This study aims to clarify the opinions of users of the discussion forum on assisted reproductive treatments in the area of egg donation.
Methods & Materials:
The research utilized contractual content analysis. The study included all users of the fertility treatment discussion forum on the website "Ni Ni Site" who shared their opinions from May 2018 to May 2014. No specific entry criteria were set, but topics such as advertisements or appointment tools were excluded. Data saturation was reached when no new codes were found. Two main questions guided the extraction of semantic units: 1- What is the purpose of conversations and what drives the discussion? 2- What approach do participants take in the discussion? Data analysis was conducted using Granheim and Lundman's five-step method and MAXQDA-10 software, with validation using Lincoln and Goba criteria.
Results:
160 forum topics were categorized into 9 categories, resulting in 1354 primary codes, 23 subcategories, 9 subthemes, and 4 main categories. The main themes included expression of feelings and emotions, attraction of donors and applicants, expression of experiences, and presentation of knowledge in response to questions.
Conclusion:
The study findings suggest that while discussion forums provide a platform for users to exchange opinions, most users focus on finding donors or applicants and alleviating concerns. Users' approach in commenting and answering questions may not be reliable, even when sharing personal experiences. Health system authorities should take steps to ensure the provision of accurate scientific information in this field.
