چکیده
مقدمه: آموزش مجازی در دورۀ شیوع کووید 19 ، به شکل گسترده­ای مورد استفاده قرار گرفت؛ اما بهبود، تداوم بهره گیری و ارتقای کیفیت آموزش مجازی، مستلزم درک صحیح از نیازها، باورها، ادراکات، ترجیحات و نگرش دانشجویان در حیطۀ آن می ­باشد؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر، با هدف تعیین ترجیحات دانشجویان پیراپزشکی در رابطه با آموزش مجازی بر روی دانشجویان شاغل به تحصیل، در رشته ­های پیراپزشکی انجام شد.
روش ­کار: پژوهش حاضر، از نوع توصیفی - تحلیلی بود که بر روی تمام دانشجویان رشته­ های اتاق­ عمل، هوشبری، فوریت پزشکی، رادیولوژی و فناوری اطلاعات سلامت شاغل به تحصیل، در دانشکده پیراپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سمنان (1400-1401) انجام شد. جمع­ آوری اطلاعات، با کمک پرسشنامۀ پژوهشگرساخته، تحت عنوان «ارزیابی نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان در رابطه با آموزش مجازی» و مشاهدات عینی صورت گرفت. داده ­های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS25 و بهره ­گیری از روش ­های آمار توصیفی، استنباطی و آزمون­ های همبستگی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند.
یافته­ ها: در پژوهش حاضر، 202 دانشجو شرکت­ کردند که تعداد 120 نفر (59/4%) دانشجوی دختر و 82 نفر (%40/6) پسر، با میانگین سنی (8/11±25/34) بودند. با کیفیت ­ترین فایل­ های آموزشی بارگذاری شده از دیدگاه دانشجویان به ترتیب (35.6%)72 مورد آن مربوط به فایل متنی بوده است؛ همچنین این دانشجویان، به ترتیب سامانۀ نوید(70.8%)142، شبکه ­های اجتماعی(21.3%)43 و کلاس آنلاین (7.9%) 16 را به عنوان مسیر مراودات آموزشی ترجیح دادند. بیشترین کاربرد سامانۀ نوید، مربوط به قسمت تکالیف بوده است. حدود 30% درصد دانشجویان، دوره ­های مجازی را کافی ندانسته و به برگزاری کلاس­ های تکمیلی حضوری تمایل داشتند.
نتیجه­ گیری: بیشتر دانشجویان دارای سن بالاتر، معمولاً آموزش مجازی آفلاین متمرکز بر سامانۀ نوید را بر آموزش آنلاین و بهره ­گیری از شبکه ­های اجتماعی ترجیح می ­دادند. بهبود زیرساخت­ ها و همچنین افزایش مهارت استادان و دانشجویان می ­تواند، در بهره ­گیری از ظرفیت ­های موجود، ایجاد تنوع و مؤثرتر بودن آموزش مجازی تأثیرگذار باشد.

The preferred approaches regarding virtual education in view of paramedical students of Semnan University of Medical Sciences in the years 2021-2022

چکیده English

Introduction: Virtual education is widely used during the pandemic of COVID-19, but continued usability and quality improvement of virtual education requires a proper understanding of the needs, beliefs, perceptions, preferences and attitudes of students regarding it. Therefore, the current study was conducted to determine paramedical students' preferences regarding virtual education.

Methods & Materials: This descriptive analytical study was conducted on all students of the fields of operating room, Anesthesia, emergency medicine, radiology and health information technology studying at the paramedical faculty of Semnan University of Medical Sciences.in 2021-2022. Data collection was done with a researcher-made questionnaire entitled 'Attitude and performance of paramedical students among to Virtual Education Questionnaire' and objective observations. The collected data were measured using SPSS25 software and analyzed by using descriptive, analytic, and correlation tests.

Results: A number of 202 paramedical students participated in this research with an average age of 25.34 ± 8.11, 120 (59.4%) female students and 82 (40.6%) male students. The high-quality uploaded educational files from the students in viewpoint 72 (35.6%) of them were related to the text files. Also, 142 (70.8) students considered the Navid education system, 43 (21.3) students the social networks, and 16 (7.9) students the online classes respectively as the preferred way for educational activity. The most use of the Navid system has been related to Assignments. About 30% of students did not consider the virtual courses to be enough and desired to hold face-to-face supplementary classes.

Conclusion: The majority of students, especially older students, preferred offline virtual education focused on the Navid system over online education and using social networks. Improving infrastructure as well as increasing the skills of college professors and students can be effective in using existing capacities, creating diversity, and making virtual education more effective.
