طراحی، اجرا و ارزشیابی اپلیکیشن آموزش مدیریت عوارض شیمی درمانی در بیماران مبتلا به لوسمی: پروتکل یک مطالعۀ نیمه تجربی

چکیده
مقدمه: عوارض جانبی شیمی درمانی به طور جدی، کیفیت زندگی مبتلایان به لوسمی را کاهش  و تمایل آن­ها به ادامۀ درمان را تحت تأثیر قرار می­دهد. با توجه به ضعف­ هایی که در زمینۀ آموزش مدیریت علایم شیمی درمانی به بیماران وجود دارد، شناسایی راهکارهای مؤثر برای ارتقای کیفیت آموزش به بیمار ضروری است؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی تأثیر اپلیکیشن آموزشی بر علایم شیمی درمانی در مبتلایان به لوسمی انجام شد.
روش­ کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه تجربی بود و دارای گروه کنترل، بدون تخصیص تصادفی نمونه­ ها در نظر گرفته شد کــه بــر روی 112 بیمار مبتلا به لوسمی تحت شیمی درمانی که به بیمارستان ولیعصر (عج) وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران مراجعه کردند، انجـام شد. بیماران گروه مداخله، یک نرم افزار موبایل آموزشی شامل نحوۀ مدیریت علایم شیمی درمانی را دریافت کردند. بیماران گروه کنترل، مداخلات روتین ازجمله آموزش چهره‌به‌چهرۀ پرستاران و پمفلت‌های آموزشی و مداخلۀ جدیدی را دریافت نکردند. ابـزار مـورد اسـتفاده در ایـن پژوهـش، شـامل پرسشنامه­ های اطلاعـات جمعیت‌شناختی و استاندارد روش ارزیابی علایم ادمنتون بود. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، قبل و 6 هفته بعد از مداخله انجام شد. داده‌هـای جمع ­آوری ‌شـده بـا آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی (شامل میانگین، انحراف معیار، درصد و فراوانی) و استنباطی پارامتریک و یا ناپارامتریک(شامل: تی مستقل، من ویتنی، کای‌اسکوئر، تست دقیق فیشر و تحلیل کوواریانس) به کار گرفتند که سطح معناداری 05/0 P<  درصد، در نظر گرفته شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: پژوهش حاضر، بر اساس پروتکل یک مطالعه­ای است که تأثیر آموزش مدیریت علایم شیمی درمانی در بستر نرم افزار موبایل را بر علایم شیمی درمانی در مبتلایان به لوسمی بررسی می‌کند؛ چنانچه نتایج چنین پژوهش ­هایی می ­تواند، به شناسایی رویکردهای آموزش به بیمار، به طور سریع‌ و مؤثر کمک ­کند.

چکیده English

Introduction: Chemotherapy side effects significantly reduce the quality of life in leukemia patients and affect their willingness to continue treatment. Given the existing shortcomings in the education of patients on managing chemotherapy symptoms, identifying effective strategies to improve patient education is essential. This study aims to examine the effect of an educational mobile application on chemotherapy symptoms in leukemia patients.
Methods: This research is a semi-experimental study with a control group without random assignment of samples, conducted on 112 leukemia patients undergoing chemotherapy who visit Vali-e-Asr Hospital affiliated with Tehran University of Medical Sciences. The intervention group will receive an educational mobile application that includes guidance on managing chemotherapy symptoms. The control group didn't receive routine interventions, including face-to-face education by nurses and educational pamphlets and new interventions. The tools used in this study include a demographic information questionnaire and the Edmonton Symptom Assessment System (ESAS) standard questionnaire. Data collection was done before and 6 weeks after the intervention. The collected data analyzed using descriptive statistics (including mean, standard deviation, percentage, and frequency) and inferential parametric or non-parametric tests (including independent t-test, Mann-Whitney, Chi-square, Fisher's exact test, and analysis of covariance). A significance level of P<0.05 considered.
Conclusion: This article presents the protocol for a study investigating the impact of chemotherapy symptom management education through a mobile application on chemotherapy symptoms in leukemia patients. The results of such studies will aid in identifying faster and more effective patient education approaches.
