چکیده
مقدمه: سلامت معنوی، نقش اثرگذاری در سلامت، خوب بودن و کیفیت زندگی بیماران دارد. کمک در برآورده شدن نیازهای سلامت معنوی بیماران، عنصر اساسی مراقبت‌های پرستاری شناخته شده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تبیین راهکارهای ارتقای سلامت معنوی بیماران، از دیدگاه پرستاران بود.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر، به صورت کیفی و با رویکرد تحلیل محتوا، در فاصلۀ زمانی 30 فروردین 1403 تا 30 دی ماه 1403، انجام شد. مشارکت­کنندگان، مشتمل بر30 نفر پرستار شاغل در بخش‌های عمومی و مراقبت ویژۀ بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر اصفهان بودند که به صورت نمونه گیری هدفمند، با حداکثر تنوع، وارد مطالعه شدند. روش جمع­آوری داده‌ها شامل مصاحبۀ نیمه ­ساختارمند فردی بود. تمام داده‌ها پس از ضبط و پیاده­سازی، از طریق تحلیل محتوای کیفی به روش گرانهایم و لوندمن و با استفاده نرم‌افزار مکس کیودا(MAXQDA)  نسخۀ 2020 ، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: در راستای گردآوری « راهکارهای ارتقای سلامت معنوی بیماران از دیدگاه پرستاران »، با تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، 740 کد اولیه، 14 طبقۀ فرعی و 6 طبقۀ اصلی ارتقای حمایت روانشناختی بیماران، ارتقای حمایت اجتماعی از بیماران، اصلاح ساختار آموزش پرستاری، مدیریت اثربخش نیروی انسانی، تقویت همکاری‌های بین حرفه‌ای و فراهم کردن محیط معنوی در مراکز بهداشتی –درمانی پدیدار شد.
نتیجه ­گیری: با توجه به نتایج برآمده در پژوهش حاضر، مدیران باید در راستای ارتقای کیفیت مراقبت معنوی، در برنامۀ عملیاتی مراکز درمانی، استراتژی‌هایی در راستای ارتقای حمایت روانشناختی و اجتماعی از بیماران، اصلاح ساختار آموزش پرستاری، آموزش اعضای تیم سلامت در زمینۀ مراقبت معنوی، بهبود شاخص‌های نیروی انسانی، ارتقای انگیزۀ شغلی پرستاران، شایسته سالاری، ارتقای همکاری‌های بین حرفه‌ای و فراهم کردن محیط معنوی در بیمارستان‌ها اتخاذ کنند.

The Role of Nurses in Promoting Patients' Spiritual Health: A Qualitative Content Analysis

چکیده English

Introduction: Spiritual health has an impact on the health, well-being, and quality of life of patients. Helping to meet patients' spiritual health needs is known to be an essential element of nursing care. The aim of the present study was to explain strategies for promoting patients' spiritual health from the perspective of nurses.
Methods & Materials: The present study was conducted qualitatively and with a content analysis approach during the period from 18th April 2024 to 19th January 2025. The participants included 30 nurses working in general and intensive care wards of teaching hospitals in Isfahan, who were included in the study through purposive sampling with maximum diversity method. The data collection method included individual semi-structured interviews. After recording and implementing, all data were analyzed through qualitative content analysis using the Granheim method and using Max Quda software, version 2020.
Results: In order to extract "solutions to improve patients' spiritual health from the perspective of nurses", by analyzing the data, 740 primary codes, 14 subcategories and 6 main categories emerged: improving psychological support for patients, improving social support for patients, reforming the structure of nursing education, effective management of human resources, strengthening inter-professional collaboration, and providing a spiritual environment in health-treatment centers.
Conclusion: According to the results extracted in the present study, managers should adopt strategies in the operational plan of health centers to improve the quality of spiritual care, to improve psychological and social support for patients, reform the structure of nursing education, train health team members in spiritual care, improve human resource indicators, improve nurses' job motivation, meritocracy, improve inter-professional collaboration, and provide a spiritual environment in hospitals.
