چکیده

مقدمه: هوش معنوی نوعی سازگاری و رفتار است که فرد را در جهت هماهنگی با محیط، سلامت، بهبود عملکرد، خلاقیت و غیره یاری می نماید. هدف تحقیق حاضر تحلیل« رابطه ی بین هوش معنوی با خلاقیت دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان» است.
مواد و روش ها: نوع تحقیق حاضر توصیفی است. جامعه ی مورد نظر شامل همه ی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان در سال تحصیلی 93-1392 می باشد که از میان آنها تعداد 194 نفر و با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردیدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه ی استاندارد هوش معنوی با 40 سؤال بسته ی پاسخ و پرسشنامه ی محقق ساخته ی خلاقیت دارای 20 سؤال با مقیاس پنج درجه‌ای لیکرت بود. روایی ابزارها، به صورت محتوایی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. پایایی از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه ی هوش معنوی 79/0 و خلاقیت 87/0 برآورد گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در سطح استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، t تک نمونه ای، تحلیل واریانس، رگرسیون) انجام گرفت.
یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد میانگین هوش معنوی به میزان (37/0±58/3) و خلاقیت (42/0±70/3) بالاتر از حد متوسط (3) است. بین هوش معنوی و خلاقیت (40/0=r) رابطه ی مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. جدول رگرسیون نشان داد از بین مؤلفه های هوش معنوی فقط مؤلفه های ظرفیت تعالی و حل مسئله قابلیت پیش بینی خلاقیت دانشجویان را دارند.
نتیجه گیری: طبق یافته ها، هوش معنوی بالاتر با خلاقیت بیشتر همراه است. از طریق توجه به رشد ابعاد هوش‌های معنوی، می‌توان زمینه‌های پرورش خلاقیت در دانشجویان را فراهم آورد و تا آنها بتوانند نقش خود را به عنوان دانشجویانی خلاق و نوآور در رشد و پیشرفت جامعه ایفا نمایند.

Introduction:
Spiritual Intelligence is a type of adaptation and behaviour that assists a person in order to harmonize with the environment, health, improve performance, creativity and so. The present study analyzed the relationship between spiritual intelligence and creativity of the students of Kashan University of Medical Sciences.
Materials and methods:
This study was descriptive one. Target population included all students of Kashan University of Medical Sciences in the academic year 2013-14, among whom the total of 194 people were selected using stratified sampling method. Data collecting were standard spiritual intelligence questionnaire with 40 questions and a researcher-built 20-question creativity questionnaire with a 5- scale Likert. The reliability of tools was approved in terms of content. Reliability through Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the spiritual intelligence questionnaire and creativity were estimated 0.79 and 0.87, respectively. Data analysis was performed in an inferential level (Pearson correlation coefficient, t single sample, ANOVA, regression).
Results:
Results showed that the mean level of spiritual intelligence (0.37 ± 3.58) and creativity (0.42 ± 3.70) were higher than average (3). There is a significant positive relationship between spiritual intelligence and creativity (0.40 = r). The regression table showed that only spiritual excellence (sublimation) and problem-solving capacities, of all components of spiritual intelligence, enjoy the predictability of creativity of students.
Conclusion:
Based on the findings, higher spiritual intelligence is associated with more creativity. We can provide grounds conducive to nurture creativity in students through focusing on the growth of the spiritual intelligences and students can be creative and innovative in their role in order to progress their society.
