چکیده

چکیده: مقدمه: آموزش بالینی بخش اساسی و مهم آموزش علوم پزشکی است. در این نوع آموزش دانشجو در تعامل با مربی خود و محیط آموزش بالینی مفاهیم و اطلاعات تئوری خود را به صورت مهارت های عملی به کار می بندد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین وضعیت آموزش بالینی رشته‌ی کارشناسی اتاق عمل از نظر دانشجویان و مربیان این رشته در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی استان سمنان در سال 1392 انجام گرفت. روش کار: در این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی، به روش سرشماری تمامی دانشجویان ترم های 4 تا 8 رشته ی اتاق عمل شاغل به تحصیل در دانشگاه‌های استان سمنان و مربیان آنها (151 دانشجو و 9 مربی) در سال 1392 به عنوان نمونه‌ی پژوهش انتخاب شدند. جمع آوری داده‌ها به وسیله‌ی پرسشنامه‌ای محقق ساخته مشتمل بر 22 سؤال در چهار حیطه‌ی کلی فرصت های یادگیری، حمایت از یادگیری و ارزشیابی، امکانات محیط آموزشی و نحوه ی عملکرد مربیان انجام گرفت. داده ها پس از ورود به 18 SPSS با استفاده از شاخص‌های مرکزی و پراکندگی و آزمون-های کای اسکوئر و t-test مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند و سطح معنا داری آزمون ها 05/0P˂ در نظر گرفته شد. یافته ها: مقایسه ی میانگین نمرات دانشجویان و مربیان، در تمامی حیطه ها تفاوت معنا داری را نشان داد (003/0P=). همچنین مقایسه ی میانگین نمرات دانشجویان دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی شاهرود و علوم پزشکی سمنان نیز در تمامی حیطه ها بیانگر تفاوتی معنا دار بود (001/0P=). نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده به نظر می رسد مؤلفه های حمایت از یادگیری و ارزشیابی، عملکرد مربیان و امکانات محیط آموزشی از جمله ضعف های آموزش بالینی از دیدگاه دانشجویان  هستند..

In this type of education, students apply concepts and their theoretical knowledge and turn them into practical skills in their interaction with their instructor and clinical training environment. The present study was carried out with the aim of determining the clinical training of operation room from the perspective of students and educators in this field at the University of Medical Sciences Semnan Province in 2013. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive-analytical study, all sophomore and senior students of operation room studying to study at the universities of Semnan province and their instructors (151 students and 9 instructors) were chosen as the study samples in 2013. Data collection was done by a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 22 questions in four broad areas of learning opportunities, supporting learning and assessment, educational facilities and instructors’ performance. After being inserted in SPSS 18, data were analyzed using central and distribution indices and Chi-square tests and t-test and the significant level of tests P˂0.05 was taken into account. Results: Comparing the mean scores of students and those of teachers in all areas showed significant differences (P =0.003). Moreover, comparing the mean scores of the students of Shahrood University of Medical Sciences and those of Semnan University of Medical Sciences in all areas revealed a significant difference (P =0.001). Conclusion: According to the obtained results, it seems that components of supporting learning and assessment, instructors’ performance and educational facilities are among drawbacks of clinical education from the perspective of university students
