چکیده

مقدمه: علت بسیاری از خطاهای افراد تیم مراقبتی و درمانی، دسترسی ناکافی به اطلاعات در زمان تصمیم گیری است. بنابراین سیستم های تصمیم یار بالینی هر روز بیش از پیش به عنوان هسته مرکزی نظام های اطلاعات سلامت در آمده­اند به گونه ای که هدف اصلی آنها کاهش خطاهای مراقبتی قابل پیش گیر، با ارائه اطلاعات صحیح و سریع در زمان تصمیم گیری می باشد.

روش کار: این پژوهش به شیوه مروری- نقلی روایی است که با جستجو در پایگاه­های داده انگلیسی و فارسی بین سال های 2005 تا 2015 و 1384 الی 1394؛ تعداد 35 مقاله مرتبط با سیستم های تصمیم یار پرستاری انتخاب و مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفت.

یافته ها: یافته­های این تحقیق نشان داد که سیستم های تصمیم یار پرستاری می­تواند به خوبی در زمینه های مراقبت، آموزش به عنوان ابزاری برای حمایت از تصمیم گیری­های بالینی پرستاران، آموزش پرستاران و دانشجویان پرستاری به کار گرفته شود.

نتیجه گیری: نکته مهم در استفاده از سیستم های تصمیم یار در پرستاری این است که این سیستم ها نباید جایگزین تصمیم گیری پرستاران و سایر روش­های آموزشی گردد؛ بلکه باید به عنوان ابزار حمایت از تصمیم گیری و آموزش در کنار سایر روش ها به کار برده شوند. نتیجه نشان داد که تعامل با پرستاران در طراحی و اجرای سیستم ها در اثر بخشی آنها تأثیر فراوانی دارد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction:

The cause of many errors in caring and treatment team are inadequate access to information at the time of decision making. Therefore, clinical decision support systems are used more and more as the central core of health information systems and their main purpose is to reduce preventable medical errors.

Materials and Methods:

This systematic review atticle was conducted by searching the English databases between 2005 to 2015 and Persian databases from 1384 to 1394; were selected 35 article of nursing decision support systems.

Results:

 The findings showed that the decision support systems can be used in the field of nursing care, and nursing education, as a tool to support clinical decision-making and education for nurses and nursing students.

Conclusion:

It is Important that, the use of  nursing decision support systems should  not be replaced by a decisions of nurses and other education methods in nursing, But must used as a tool for decision support and education method along with other methods. Also interaction with nurses in the design and implementation of the system has great impact on their effectiveness.
