چکیده

چکیده:

مقدمه: آموزش نخستین ماموریت و کارکرد دانشگاه محسوب می شود و اخلاق آموزشی در دانشگاه حافظ امنیت ، رفاه و تعالی فردی و گروهی دانشجویان و اعضا هیئت علمی است. از آن جا که پرستاری حرفه ای حساس و انسانی است و بر پایه اخلاق استوار است و رعایت اصول اخلاقی در آموزش آن نقش بسزایی در شکل گیری ارزشهای حرفه ای و اخلاقی در دانشجویان پرستاری دارد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین اهمیت اخلاق در آموزش و میزان رعایت آن از دید دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان انجام شد.

روش کار: این پژوهش یک مطالعه­ی مقطعی- تحلیلی است که 250 دانشجو ی پرستاری در مقاطع تحصیلی کارشناسی، ارشد و دکترا در آن شرکت داشتند. اطلاعات توسط پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته که روایی و پایایی آن محاسبه شده بود جمع آوری گردید. سپس با استفاده از نرم افزار16 spss از طریق رگرسیون خطی چند متغیره مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.

یافته ها: یافته های این مطالعه نشان داد که اخلاق در آموزش از دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری اهمیت زیادی دارد، به طوری که میانگین نمره اهمیت اخلاق از دید دانشجویان (8/17±1/224) از 250 بود. اما میزان رعایت اخلاق در آموزش از دید دانشجویان در حد مطلوبی نبود. به طوری که میانگین نمره میزان رعایت اخلاق در آموزش (7/28±68/166) از250 بود.

نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان می دهدکه با وجود این که اخلاق در آموزش پرستاری از دید شرکت کنندگان اهمیت  زیادی دارد، اما میزان رعایت آن از دید آنها در حد مطلوبی نیست. بنابراین پیشنهاد می گردد که دلایل و عوامل موثر بر این دیدگاه نسبت به رعایت موازین  اخلاقی در آموزش شناسایی شود

The importance of ethics in education and the level of complying with it from the perspective of nursing students of Kerman University of Medical Sciences

Introduction:

Education is the first mission and performance of universities and educational ethics at the University warrants security, welfare and prosperity of individuals and groups of students and faculty members. Since nursing profession is a highly sensitive and humanistic filed and is based on ethics and ethics in nursing education plays an important role in the formation of moral values in nursing students, this study aimed to determine the importance of ethics in education and the level of complying with it from the perspective nursing students of Kerman University of Medical Sciences.

Materials and Methods:

This is a descriptive and cross-sectional study in which 250 nursing students in educational levels bachelor, master and Ph.D. participated. Data were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire that its validity and reliability were calculated. included demographic information and educational ethics. Data were analyzed by using software SPSS version 16 and descriptive statistics and regression coefficient.

Results:

The results of this study showed that ethics in education is very important from the perspective of nursing students to the extent that the mean score of the importance of ethics in education from the vantage point of students was 224/1±17/8 out of 250

Conclusion:

The results of this study show that although ethics in nursing education was important from the perspective of the participants, the level of complying with it was not desirable. So, it is recommended that the reasons and factors affecting this perspective towards abiding ethical principle in education are identified
