چکیده

زمینه و هدف : براساس اصول اخلاق پزشکی و منشور حقوق بیمار، بیماران وگاهی اطرافیان بیمار حق آگاهی و بر خورداری از اطلاعات مربوط به سلامتی خود و من جمله اخبار بد را دارند . جراحی در سرطان حنجره، برداشتن غده ی تیروئید به همراه حنجره است. اعلام خبر بد موجب رنجش فراوان و غیرقابل جبرانی در بیمار و همراهان وی خواهد شد . هدف معرفی گزارش مورد اعلام خبر بد به بیمار مبتلا به سرطان حنجره با عمل لارنژکتومی می باشد گزارش مورد : بیمار اقای 70ساله که به علت گرفتگی صدا و وجود توده در گلو جهت انجام آزمایش در بخش گوش و حلق و بینی بستری شد.از وی نمونه گرفته شد . پزشک به بیمار و خانواده اش گفت بیماری سرطان بدخیم حنجره دارد و در مرحله انتهایی بیماری می باشد . و نیاز است کل حنجره بر داشته شود . بیمار و همراهان با شنیدن سرطان بدخیم دچار استرس شدیدی شد ند . نتیجه گیری : اعلام خبر بد ، تشخیص سرطان حنجره به بیمار و خانواده او به یکباره توسط پزشک ، و متعاقب ان ضرورت بر داشتن حنجره و قادر به صحبت نبودن بر واکنشهای جسمی و روانی بیمار و خانواده تاثیر داشت . ارتباط مدبرانه و دوراندیشانه در اعلام خبر بد از مسئولیتهای اصلی کارکنان حرفه ای می باشد

چکیده [English]

Background and Objectives: Based on the principles of medical ethics and the charter of patient rights, patients and patients around the patient are entitled to knowledge and information about their health, including bad news. Surgery in laryngeal cancer is the removal of the thyroid gland with larynx. The announcement of bad news will cause great and irreparable anger in the patient and his fellows. The purpose of the report is to report bad news to a patient with laryngeal cancer with laryngectomy Case report: A patient aged 70 years old who was admitted to the auditory and thoracic wrists due to voice obstruction and mass in the throat. He was sampled. The doctor told the patient and his family that the malignant laryngeal cancer is present at the end of the illness. And the whole larynx is required. Patients and companions suffered severe stress when they heard malignant cancer. Conclusion: The announcement of bad news, the diagnosis of laryngeal cancer to the patient and his family at one time by the physician, and the consequent need for having a larynx and unable to speak about the physical and mental reactions of the patient and family.
