چکیده

زمینه و هدف:در دهه گذشته پیشرفت قابل ملاحظه ای در راستای ارتقای ایمنی بیمار رخ داده است اما هنوز کاستی های متعددی وجود دارد و میزان آسیبهای تحمیل شده به بیماران از ناحیه عوارض ناخواسته به طور غیرقابل قبولی بالااست. بنابراین با توجه به اینکه یکی از مهمترین اهداف سازمان مراقبت بهداشتی ارزیابی، بهبود بخشیدن کیفیت مراقبت های بهداشتی و افزایش ایمنی بیماران می باشد لذا این پژوهش با هدف بررسی میزان رعایت اصول جراحی ایمن در بیمارستان های آموزشی جهرم انجام شده است.

روش بررسی:این پژوهش مطالعه مقطعی توصیفی تحلیلی می باشد که در سال1395بر روی تمام پرستاران بیهوشی و اتاق عمل بیمارستان های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم انجام شده است. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه"اطلاعات دموگرافیک وچک لیست جراحی ایمن"مربوط به سازمان بهداشت جهانی در سال2009بود.

یافته ها: در این پژوهش2/46درصد از شرکت کنندگان پرستار بیهوشی و8/53درصد پرستار اتاق عمل بودند. میانگین سنی افراد شرکت کننده در پژوهش(16/6 ± 06/31)بود.میزان رعایت اصول جراحی ایمن توسط پرستاران بیهوشی(57/1 ± 27/14)و پرستاران اتاق عمل(96/1 ± 76/14)و به طور کلی(79/1 ± 53/14)بوده است. ارتباط معناداری هم بین متغیرهای دموگرافیک و میزان رعایت اصول جراحی ایمن مشاهده نگردید(05/0<P ).

نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نقش و اهمیت چک لیست جراحی ایمن در افزایش ایمنی بیماران باید پژوهشهایی در جهت شناسایی موانع رعایت اصول جراحی ایمن انجام گردد تا بتوان گام هایی در جهت برطرف نمودن نواقص موجود و افزایش ایمنی جراحی بیماران برداشت.

چکیده [English]

Background and Purpose:in the past decade,significant progress has occurred in order to improve patient safety But still there are several shortcomings and the amount of damage on patients from the adverse effects is high unacceptably So one of the most important goals of health care organizations is assess, improve the quality of health care and increase patient safety Therefore,this study has done to examine the degree of Observance of the WHO Surgical Safety Checklist in jahrom of teaching hospitals.

Methods:This is cross-sectional study that is performed on all of the anesthesia and operating room nurses in educational hospitals of Jahrom University of Medical Sciences in 2016. Instrument of data collection in this research were"demographic information and Surgical Safety Checklist"of the World Health Organization in 2009.

Results:In this study,46/2percent of participants were anesthesia nurse and 53/8 percent were operating room nurse.The average age of participants in this study were(31/06±6/16).the Degree of Observance of the WHO Surgical Safety Checklist in anesthesia nurses was(14/27 ±1/57)and in operating room nurses was(14/76±1/96)and overall was(79/1±53/14).A significant relationship was not observed between demographic variables and Degree of Observance of the WHO Surgical Safety Checklist(p> 0/05).

Conclusion: considering the role and importance of Surgical Safety Checklist in increased patient safety,research should be conducted in order to identify obstacles Observance Surgical Safety Checklist To be able to take steps to resolve deficiencies and improve the safety surgery of patients.
