چکیده

مقدمه: رعایت اخلاق حرفه ای بخش تفکیک ناپذیری از حرفه پرستاری و امر مراقبت از بیمار می باشد.کدهای اخلاق در پرستاری راهنمایی برای پرستاران است تا کیفیت مسئولیت های اخلاق حرفه ای خود را بالا ببرند از سوی دیگر هوش معنوی عامل مهمی در کارآمدی و موفقیت تیم درمان تلقی می شود.مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین همبستگی بین هوش معنوی با  رعایت کدهای  اخلاق حرفه ایی  توسط  پرستاران انجام شد.
روش کار: در این مطالعه توصیفی همبستگی 164 پرستار شاغل در بیمارستان شهید صدوقی یزد در سال 1395 به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای وارد مطالعه شدند. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه اخلاق حرفه‌ای و هوش معنوی کینگ انجام شد، داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار) و استنباطی (آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تی مستقل و آنالیز واریانس) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته‌ها: نمره کلی هوش معنوی 01/12±86/70 در سطح مطلوب ، نمره کلی رعایت کدهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای 64/10±90/84  در سطح متوسط بود. اولویت رعایت کدهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای به ترتیب، تعهد به عدالت 81/12±5/89 ، احترام به همکاران 55/13± 06/89 و تعهد به حفظ حیثیت پرستاری29/15±08/88 بود همچنین ارتباط معناداری بین هوش معنوی و رعایت کدهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای وجود داشت(001/0 P=).
نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد با توجه به وجود ارتباط معنی دار بین هوش معنوی و رعایت کدهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای، می‌توان با تقویت کردن باورهای دینی پرستاران و برگزاری کارگاه در زمینه معنویت به تقویت هوش معنوی و اثرگذاری متقابل آن بر رعایت کدهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای کمک نمود.

چکیده [English]

Introduction:
Compliance with professional ethics is an integral part of the nursing profession and patient care. Nursing ethics codes are a guide for nurses to increase the quality of their ethical responsibilities. On the other hand, spiritual intelligence is an important factor in the efficiency and success of therapeutic team. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between spiritual intelligence and professional ethics codes by nurses.
Methods and Materials:
In this descriptive correlational study, 164 nurses working in Shahid Sadoughi Hospital in Yazd were randomly assigned through stratified random sampling. The data were collected using the Professional Ethics and Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation), and non-inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient, independent t-test and ANOVA).
Results:
The overall score of spiritual intelligence was 70.86 ± 12.01 at the desirable level, and the overall score of the ethical codes was 10.64 ± 84.90 at the average level. The prioritization of professional ethics codes was as follows: commitment to justice 89.8 ± 12.81, respect for colleagues 13.55 ± 89.06 and commitment to preserving nursing dignity was 88.08 ± 15.29. Also, there was a significant correlation between spiritual intelligence and professional ethics codes (P = 0.001).
Conclusion:
Given the significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and observance of professional ethics codes, it can be concluded that strengthening religious beliefs of nurses and holding workshops in the field of spirituality can strengthen spiritual intelligence and adherence to professional ethics codes.
