تاثیر آموزش به روش تیمی بر خودمراقبتی مددجو یان تحت عمل سزارین

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: کارگروهی به لحاظ ماهیت حرفه ای و مکمل بودن فعالیتها در بالین امری ضروری است .این امر اهمیت  مطالعه بر روی مقوله کار تیمی  از جمله آموزش مددجویان را آشکار می سازد.مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر آموزش تیمی بر خودمراقبتی زنان تحت عمل سزارین بیمارستان پاستور بم در سال 1393، انجام شد.
روش تحقیق:در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی ،66 نفراز مددجو یان تحت عمل سزارین ، با تخصیص تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و مداخله مورد مطالعه  قرار گرفتند.  آموزش خود مراقبتی در گروه مداخله ، توسط تیم آموزشی، متشکل از ماما و پرستار انجام شد و در گروه کنترل اموزش معمول صورت گرفت. در پایان دو گروه مداخله و کنترل از نظر دانش و عملکرد خود مراقبتی با هم مقایسه شدند. داده ها  با استفاده ازنرم افزار SPSSنسخه 16متناسب با اهداف پژوهش تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها میانگین نمره خود مراقبتی گروه کنترل در پیش آزمون  67/6±85/13 و در پس آزمون 25/±3 75/17 بود . در گروه مداخله 35/5±70/10 و پس از آموزش تیمی به68/3±4/39 ارتقاء یافت، این اختلاف از نظر آماری معنی دار بود(001/0 P ≤)به عبارتی آموزش تیمی  بطور معنی دار باعث افزایش میزان آگاهی و عملکرد خودمراقبتی  زنان تحت عمل سزارین شده است .
نتیجه‌گیری:براساس نتایج  پژوهش ، آموزش تیمی نسبت به اموزش معمول روشی موثر بر ارتقائ خود مراقبتی مددجویان‏ بوده  است. لذا پیشنهاد می شود، آموزش به بیماربه صورت آموزش تیمی ساماندهی شود و کارکنان درمانی خصوصا پرستار و ماما  به صورت هدفمند در آموزش به زنان مشارکت نمایند.

Background: The workgroup to a professional nature and complementarities of activities in clinical practice is essential. This study is the importance of team work on issues such as training clients reveals. This study aimed to determine the effect of team education on the self care of women who under gone cesareanbassPasteurHospitalin2015
Methods: In this quasi-experimental study, 66 patients undergoing cesarean section were randomly assigned to control and intervention groups. Self-care education in the intervention group was performed by a training team consisting of midwives and nurses and was in the control group. At the end, the two group’s intervention and control were compared in terms of knowledge and self-care practice. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 16, in accordance with research objectives.
Results: The mean self-care score of the control group in the pretest was 13.85 ± 6.67 and in the post test 17.75 ± 25.2. In the intervention group, the average of 10.70 ± 5.35 and after the team training was 39.4 ± 3.68 , this difference was statistically significant (P ≤ 0.001). In other words, team training significantly increased the amount Knowledge and self-care performance  of women have been cesarean section.
Conclusion: Based on the results of the research, team training was a common method for effective training on self-care promotion among the patients. Therefore, it is suggested that patient education should be organized in the form of team training, and staff members, especially the nurse and midwife, should be targeted to female education.
