Adherence to the standard process of obtaining informed consent from patients in the field of therapeutic activities can play an important role in reducing the complaints of physicians and other therapists and consequently reducing legal and judicial interventions. Therefore, legal training should be provided through retraining programs and workshops designed to enhance the information of clinical professionals.
