چکیده

مقدمه: بیماران، کلید آموزش سرپایی دانشجویان پزشکی در سراسر دنیا هستند و رضایت بیماران از خدمات دریافتی، سبب افزایش مشارکت بیمار و بهبودی روند آموزش بالینی دانشجویان می‌باشد. حضور دانشجویان نیز در کلینیک‌ها برای تقویت نقش آموزشی و اجتماعی آنان ضروری است. بنابراین هدف از انجام این تحقیق، تبیین تجربه‌های بیماران مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه‌های آموزشی بیمارستان‌های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم، نسبت به حضور دانشجویان پزشکی بود.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر یک تحقیق تحلیل محتوا می باشد. مشارکت کنندگان، شامل 11 بیمار مراجعه کننده به کلینیک هنری و امام رضا (ع) در جهرم بودند که نمونه گیری به صورت هدفمند از اردیبهشت 97 تا خرداد 97 انجام و تحلیل داده ها به کمک نرم افزار MAXQDA 10.0  انجام گرفت.
یافته‌ها: از این تحقیق 2 تم اصلی (حقوق بیمار و حقوق دانشجویان در زمینه یادگیری)، 8 طبقه اصلی (حریم خصوصی، طرح انطباق با جنس مخالف، قومیت و فرهنگ، رضایتمندی، ضرورت یادگیری دانشجویان، توجه به ویژگی‌های جسمی و روانی بیمار، مزیت حضور دانشجویان در مطب پزشک، آگاهی قبلی بیمار از روند درمان) و 30 طبقۀ فرعی می باشد که از مجموع 104 واحد معنایی بدست آمد.
نتیجه گیری: رعایت حقوق بیمار و دانشجو، دو اصل مهم در آموزش بالینی می باشد که لازم است از منظر اخلاقی و حقوقی به آن توجه خاص گردد. در واقع این موضوع به پایه‌گذاری و تثبیت گفتمان حضور دانشجو در کنار پزشک معالج کمک شایانی خواهد کرد. بنابراین حضور دانشجو اگر با رعایت موارد ذکر شده باشد؛ می‌توان به رضایت بیمار و دانشجو دست یافت.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Patients are the key to outpatient training for medical students all around the world, and patient satisfaction with the service received increases their cooperation and improves the process of clinical training for medical students. The presence of students at clinics is vital for their training and social role. The present study mainly aims to explain the patients’ experience of the medical students’ presence throughout their visits to the training clinics affiliated with the Jahrom University of Medical Sciences.
Materials and Methods: The current research is a content analysis study. Participants included 11 patients visiting Honari and Imam Reza clinics in Jahrom chosen by purposeful sampling over May-June 2018, and data analysis was conducted using MAXQDA 10.0 software.
Results: Two main themes (patient rights and students’ rights to learning), eight main classes (privacy, adaptation plan with the opposite sex, ethnicity and culture, satisfaction, necessity of students` learning, consideration of physical and mental status of the patient, the advantages of the students’ presence in physician`s office, patients’ prior awareness of the treatment process), and 30 secondary classes were extracted which amounted to 104 semantic units.
Conclusion: Respecting the rights of both patients and students is an essential principle in clinical training that needs
to be considered from ethical and legal points of view. This will contribute significantly to the establishment and consolidation of the dialogue on the presence of students alongside the physician. Thus, the presence of the medical student can lead to both patient and student satisfaction if the aforementioned items are taken into account.
