چکیده
 مقدمه: رازداری، اصلی اخلاقی با پیشینه عمیق در تاریخ پزشکی است که می توان آن را تکلیف جامعه پزشکی بر حفظ اسراری دانست که به تناسب حرفه، در اختیار جامعه پزشکی قرار می گیرد. هدف از این تحقیق، گزارش درمورد چالش تصمیم گیری اخلاقی، بر مبنای اصل رازداری در رابطه با مددجوی باردار به اعتیاد مواد مخدر می باشد.
معرفی مورد: مورد بررسی خانمی است 26 ساله، که پس از انتقال به کمپ جهت ترک مواد مخدر، مشخص می شود باردار است بنابراین توسط خانواده به خانه باز می گردد و همسر اول وی به تصور این که فرزند متعلق به اوست، تکفل فرزند را بر عهده می گیرد. در مراجعه مادر به مرکز بهداشت، بارداری در هفته 15 تایید می شود، در حالی که مددجو اعتیاد به شیشه داشته است و از همکاران مرکز بهداشت درخواست می کند که به همسر وی اطلاع ندهند که این بارداری حاصل رابطه او با جوان دیگری است.
نتیجه گیری: چالش اخلاقی که در این مطالعه با آن مواجه هستیم، محرمانه نگهداشتن اسرار بیمار، ضمن احترام به کرامت انسانی و حق بیمار بر مراقبت سلامت، بدون اعمال اتهام و تبعیض مراقبت های معمول و خاص دوران بارداری با توجه به وضعیت بیمار به وی ارائه داده شد؛ که در این راستا با دوراهی قرار گرفتن بر اصل رازداری و فریب همسر سابق بیمار، رعایت رازداری را مهم تر دانسته و آن را رعایت کردند.

چکیده English

Introduction: Confidentiality is an ethical principle with a long history in medicine. It can be considered as the duty
of the medical community to keep secrets that are provided to the medical team in accordance with the profession. The aim of this study is to report on the challenge of ethical decision-making based on the principle of confidentiality in relation to a pregnant client addicted to drugs.
Reporting the Case: The case is a 26-year-old woman who was found to be pregnant after being transferred to a camp to
quit drugs, so her family returned her home, and her first husband, took care of the child assuming that the child belongs to her. At the mother's visit to the health center, the pregnancy was confirmed at 15 weeks, while the client was addicted to crystal meth and asked the health center staff not to inform her husband that the pregnancy is the result of his intercourse with another young man.
Conclusion: The ethical challenge of this study is to keep the patient's secrets confidential, while respecting human
dignity and the patient's right to health care, without accusing and discriminating against routine and special care during pregnancy according to the patient's condition. In this regard, being doubtful on observing the principle of confidentiality or deception of the patient's ex-husband, observing the confidentiality was preferred.
