چکیده
مقدمه: ارزش‌ ﻫﺎی ﺣﺮﻓﻪ‌ای ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎری، ﺑﺨﺶ ﻋﻤﺪه و ﻣﻬﻢ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺣﺮﻓﻪ ای را ﺗﺸﻜﻴﻞ ﻣﻲ‌دﻫند. اگر چه پژوهش‌ های زیادی در این زمینه انجام شده است، اما در منابع قابل دسترس، تحقیقی که به بررسی ارزش های حرفه ای در اتاق های عمل  پرداخته باشد، یافت نشد.
بنابراین  پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی درک پرستاران اتاق عمل از ارزش‌های حرفه ای انجام شده است.
روش کار : این تحقیق توصیفی - مقطعی در سال 1396 انجام شد . 110 شرکت کننده در پژوهش که شامل پرستاران اتاق عمل از 7 مرکز آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان  بودند. داده‌ها با استفاده از مقیاس ﺑﺎزﻧﮕﺮی ﺷﺪۀ ارزش‌ ﻫﺎی ﺣﺮﻓﻪای پرستاری شانک و ویس جمع آوری گشت. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS/18 با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی انجام شد.
یافته‌ ها: میانگین نمرۀ ارزش های حرفه ای 14.61±103.05 بود. بیشترین بعد ارزش های حرفه ای در بعد مراقبت با میانگین 5.39±38.33 و کم ترین ارزش های حرفه ای در بعد عدالت با میانگین 2.06±12.59 بود. همچنین در بررسی متغیرهای دموگرافیک، میانگین ارزش های حرفه ای در افراد با تحصیلات مختلف دارای تفاوت معناداری بود (p<0.05).
نتیجه گیری: به طور کلی این تحقیق نشان داد که پرستاران اتاق عمل به ارزش‌ های حرفه‌ ای در امر مراقبت از بیمار اهمیت نسبتاٌ زیادی می‌دهند. در برخی از ابعاد مانند بعد مراقبت این میزان بالا و در برخی از موارد مانند عدالت این میزان پایین بود که نیاز به حمایت بیشتری دارد. بنابراین توجه و تأکید بر آموزش در تمام ابعاد ارزش‌ های حرفه‌ای ضروری است.

چکیده English

Introduction: Professional nursing values account for a major part of professional performance. Although this field has been investigated in plenty of research, no research has been found in the available literature that examines professional values in operating rooms. Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate perioperative nurses' perception of professional values.
Materials and Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted on 110 participants consisting of perioperative nurses from seven educational centers affiliated to Golestan University of Medical Sciences in 2017. Data were collected using the Nurses Professional Values Scale-Revised (NPVS-R) of Schank and Weis and analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics using SPSS/18 software.
Results: The mean score of professional values was 103.05 ± 14.61. The highest (38.33 ± 5.39) and the lowest
(12.59 ± 2.06) average professional values belonged to the care and justice dimensions. In the study of demographic variables, the mean of professional values was significantly different in people with different education levels (P< 0.05).
Conclusion: Altogether, this study demonstrated that professional values are of paramount importance in the views
of perioperative nurses in terms of patient care. This importance was high in some dimensions, such as the care dimension while it was low in others, such as justice, which requires more support. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention and emphasize the education in all dimensions of professional values.
