بررسی ارتباط بین رعایت اصول اخلاقی با انگیزش شغلی و پرخاشگری در پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان های آموزشی شهر اهواز(1398)

چکیده

مقدمه: اصول اخلاقی، یکی از معیارهای صلاحیت حرفه ­ای پرستاران محسوب می­ شود و رعایت معیارهای اخلاقی، عاملی مؤثر در ارائۀ مراقبت پرستاری با کیفیت مطلوب خواهد بود. رعایت این اصول اخلاقی، ممکن است تحت تأثیر انگیزش شغلی و پرخاشگری آنان قرار بگیرد. در این راستا، ﻫﺪف از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، بررسی ارتباط بین رعایت اصول اخلاقی با انگیزش شغلی و پرخاشگری در پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر اهواز (1398) بود.
روش کار: این پژوهش یک تحقیق توصیفی-تحلیلی است که در آن تعداد 257 نفر از جامعۀ پرستاران شاغل، در بیمارستان­ های شهرستان اهواز به‌ روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای گردآوری اطلاعات شامل؛ پرسشنامۀ اطلاعات دموگرافیک، بررسی رعایت معیارهای اخلاق حرفه ای از دیدگاه پرستاران، پرسشنامۀ استاندارد پرخاشگری AGQ و پرسشنامۀ استاندارد انگیزش شغلی هرزبرگ بود. از آزمون‌های ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن و رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﭼﻨﺪﮔﺎﻧﻪ، ورود همزمان ﺑﺮای تحلیل ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﯿﻦ اصول اخلاقی، با پرخاشگری و انگیزش شغلی با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS ویراست 22  به­ کار رفت.
یافته‌ها: از 257  نفر پرستار شرکت کننده، 84.4 درصد زن و 15.6 درصد مرد بودند. میانگین و انحراف معیار اصول اخلاقی
( 10.86 ± 120.5)، پرخاشگری (12.04± 89.96) و انگیزش شغلی (14.28± 78.58) بود. نتایج آزمون پیرسون نشان داد که  بین رعایت اصول اخلاقی با پرخاشگری، همبستگی معکوس و معناداری وجود داشت (p<0.001، r=-0.035). همچنین بین رعایت اصول اخلاقی با انگیزش شغلی، ارتباط معناداری جود نداشت (p>0.084 ، r =-0.108).
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش، مبتنی بر نقش و اهمیت پرخاشگری در پیش بینی رعایت اصول اخلاقی پرستاران نشان داد، لازم است تمهیداتی در جهت آموزش مهارت ­های کنترل خشم و همچنین افزایش انگیزش شغلی اندیشیده شود. پیشنهاد می‌شود برنامه‌ریزان و مسئولان در طراحی برنامه‌هایی برای تقویت اصول اخلاقی پرستاران به این متغیرها توجه نمایند.

Introduction: Ethical principles are one of the criteria for the professional competence of nurses and compliance with
ethical criteria will be an effective factor in providing desirable quality in nursing care. Adherence to these ethical principles may be influenced by their job motivation and aggression. In this regard, the purpose of this research was the study of the relationship between ethics and job motivation and aggression in nurses working in teaching hospitals in Ahvaz (2020).
Materials & Methods: This is a descriptive-analytical study in which 257 nurses working in Ahvaz hospitals were selected by available methods. Data collection tools included: demographic information questionnaire, examining the observance of professional ethics criteria from the perspective of nurses, AGQ standard aggression questionnaire and Herzberg standard job motivation questionnaire.Correlation Pearson and Multiple regression coefficients tests using SPSS-22 software were conducted to analyze the relationship between ethic principles with aggression and job motivation.
Results: Among 257 participating nurses, 84.4% were female and 15.6 % were male. The mean and standard
deviation were ethical principles (120.5± 10.86), aggression (89.96± 12.04) and job motivation (78.58±14.28). The results of Pearson test showed that there was a significant inverse correlation between observance of ethical principles and aggression (r = -0.35, p <0.001). Also, there was no significant relationship between observing ethical principles and job motivation (r = -0.108, p> 0.084).
Conclusion: The results showed the role and importance of aggression in predicting the observance of nurses' ethical
principles. Arrangements need to be made to teach anger management skills as well as increase job motivation. It is suggested that planners and officials pay attention to these variables in designing programs to strengthen the ethical principles of nurses.
