بررسی میزان آگاهی پرستاران از حقوق بیمار بر اساس یک مرور نظام مند در پژوهش‌های انجام شده در ایران

چکیده

مقدمه: رضایتمندی، از یکی از شاخص‌های مهم و اثربخش در بیمارستان محسوب می شود که لازمۀ دستیابی به آن، رعایت حقوق بیماران است. با توجه به ضرورت آگاهی پرستاران از منشور حقوق بیمار، این تحقیق، با هدف مرور نظام مند میزان آگاهی پرستاران از منشور حقوق بیمار در بررسی‌های انجام شده در ایران، صورت گرفت.
روش کار: این پژوهش مبتنی بر یک مرور نظام‌مند می باشد که ارزیابی کیفیت مقاله‌ها با استفاده از چک لیست استاندارد STROBE، صورت گرفته است. مطالعات اولیۀ انجام شده، از طریق مقاله‌هایی که در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی فارسی زبان؛SID ،Iranmedex،Magiran و پایگاه های انگلیسی زبان؛ Science Direct، PubMed، ProQuest،Cochrane Library،Embase،Scopus و موتور جستجوگر Google Scholar بود؛  از دی ماه 1380 تا مهرماه 1400 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. به منظور دستیابی به متن کامل مقاله‌هایی که از کلید واژه های فارسی؛ حقوق بیمار، ایران، آگاهی، پرستاران و ترکیب آن‌ها و استفاده از روش های جستجوی بولین و عملکرهای And و OR و
کلید واژه های Mesh شامل؛ Patient, Nurse Awareness, Iran ،Patient`s Right in Iran،  استفاده گردید.
یافته‌ها: در مرحلۀ اولیه، 569 تحقیق مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرار گرفت. سپس پژوهشگران به بررسی مقاله‌هایی که جستجو شده بود پرداختند و تعداد 553 تحقیق به دلیل مرتبط نبودن با موضوع مورد بررسی و تکراری بودن و عدم دسترسی به مقالۀ کامل حذف گردید. در نهایت 17 تحقیق در جهت نگارش این پژوهش، استفاده گردید. بیشترین میزان آگاهی بیماران در مورد منشور حقوق بیمار، در مورد حفظ حریم شخصی و حق دریافت خدمات مطلوب سلامت بود. در بیشتر تحقیق‌هایی که مورد بررسی قرار گرفت؛ فقط بین سابقۀ کار و میزان آگاهی پرستاران، ارتباط معناداری وجود داشت. در حالی که میان جنسیت، سن، وضعیت تأهل و سطح تحصیلات با میزان آگاهی پرستاران ارتباط زیاد و معناداری وجود نداشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: اگرچه تعمیم نتایج بر اساس این میزان مطالعه به کل جامعه پرستاران ایران، چندان قابل اطمینان نیست با این حال، آنالیز یافته‌های پژوهش‌هایی که تاکنون در زمینۀ میزان آگاهی پرستاران در مورد منشور حقوق بیمار انجام شده است؛ سطح مطلوبی از آگاهی را نشان می‌دهد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که در بیشتر پژوهش‌ها از میان مؤلفه‌های دموگرافی، بین سابقۀ فعالیت حرفه‌ای و میزان آگاهی پرستاران ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد. بنابراین علاوه بر توجه مسئولان امر، به آموزش مستمر و آگاهی بخشی مداوم در زمینۀ مفاد منشور حقوق بیمار، توجه به رعایت حقوق بیمار در مقام عمل و در طول دوران خدمت نیز می‌تواند، بر ارتقای سطح آگاهی پرستاران اثرگذار باشد. لازم است این مسئله مورد توجه متولیان مراکز بهداشتی - درمانی قرار گیرد و تدابیری جهت اجرای هر چه بهتر آن فراهم گردد.

Nurses 'awareness of patients' rights: A systematic review of studies conducted in Iran

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Satisfaction is one of the most important and effective indicators in the hospital, which is required to
achieve the rights of patients. Due to the need for nurses to be aware of the Patient Bill of Rights, this study was conducted with the aim of systematically reviewing the level of nurses' awareness of the Patient Bill of Rights in studies conducted in Iran.
Materials & Methods: This research is based on a systematic review that evaluates the quality of articles using the STROBE standard checklist. Preliminary studies were conducted through articles in Persian language databases,
SID, Iranmedex, Magiran and English language databases, Science Direct, PubMed, ProQuest, Cochrane Library, Embase, Scopus and Google Scholar, from January 2000 to October 2020. In order to access the full text of articles from Persian keywords, Patient rights, knowledge, nurses and their combination and the English keywords Patient, Awareness, Patient`s Right in Iran were used.
Results: In the initial stage, 569 studies were studied. The researchers then reviewed the articles that had been searched, and 553 studies were deleted because they were not relevant to the subject and were repetitive and did not have access to the full article Finally, 17 studies were used to write this study. Patients were most aware of the Charter of Patients' Rights, about privacy and the right to receive desirable health services. In most of the studies reviewed, there was only a significant relationship between work experience and nurses' knowledge. While there was no significant relationship between gender, age, marital status and level of education with nurses' knowledge.
Conclusion: Although the generalization of the results based on this study to the entire Iranian nursing community
is not very reliable, however, the analysis of research findings that have been done so far in the field of nurses 'awareness of the Charter of Patients' Rights; Shows a desirable level of awareness. The results also showed that in most studies, among the demographic components, there is a significant relationship between the history of professional activity and the level of nurses' knowledge. Therefore, in addition to the attention of officials, continuous education and continuous awareness of the provisions of the Charter of Patients 'Rights, attention to the observance of patients' rights in practice and during service can also affect the level of awareness of nurses. It is necessary for this issue to be considered by the
custodians of health centers and measures should be provided for its better implementation.
