چکیده

مقدمه: تجویز غیراصولی داروهای شیمی‏ درمانی، خطرهای زیادی برای پرستاران به همراه دارد که رعایت استانداردها، از آسیب‌های جبران ‏ناپذیر جلوگیری می کند. این پژوهش جهت مقایسۀ تأثیر آموزش استانداردهای مدیریت خدمات شیمی‏ درمانی به وسیلۀ کتابچه و برنامۀ موبایل، بر آگاهی و پیروی پرستاران انجام شد.
روش کار: طی پژوهش نیمه تجربی ( 1399)،  تعداد 75 پرستار بخش های انکولوژی و شیمی‏ درمانی به صورت دردسترس، انتخاب شدند. نمونه ‏ها با تخصیص تصادفی در سه گروه قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای جمع‏ آوری داده، بر اساس پرسشنامه ‏های جمعیت ‏شناختی و استاندارد شدۀ سنجش آگاهی و پیروی احمدی بود. نمونه ‏ها با تکمیل پرسشنامه‏ ها در پیش ‏آزمون شرکت کردند. یک گروه، استانداردهای شیمی‏ درمانی را با برنامۀ موبایل آموزش دیدند و گروه دیگر، آموزش ها را از طریق کتابچه دریافت کردند. گروه شاهد آموزشی دریافت نکرد. 15 روز بعد، مجددا پرسشنامه‏ ها تکمیل و پس ‏آزمون گرفته شد. داده ‏ها توسط آزمون های آماری، توصیفی (تعداد، درصد، میانگین، انحراف معیار) و استنباطی (آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه، تعقیبی LSD، تی‏ زوجی، کای ‏اسکوئر، کروسکال والیس) تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: قبل از مداخلۀ میانگین نمرۀ آگاهی و پیروی از استانداردهای شیمی‏ درمانی، بین گروه ها اختلاف معناداری وجود نداشت
(p>0.05)؛ اما بعد از مداخله، میانگین نمرات پیروی پرستاران در گروه آموزش با برنامۀ موبایل، بیشتر از دو گروه دیگر بود (p<0.001 ). میانگین نمرۀ آگاهی پرستاران در دو گروه مداخله، بیشتر از گروه شاهد بود  (p<0.001).
نتیجه‌گیری: پرستاران برای افزایش آگاهی از استانداردهای شیمی درمانی، نیازمند آموزش‌های تخصصی و تکمیلی هستند. با توجه به مشغلۀ کاری آن ها، برنامۀ موبایل، قابلیت دسترسی سریع به اطلاعات را فراهم می ‏سازد که در پیروی از این اصول نیز بر آموزش‏ با کتابچه برتری دارد.

Introduction: Improper administration of chemotherapy drugs has many risks for nurses that adherence to standards
prevents irreparable harm. This study was conducted to compare the effect of training chemotherapy service management standards by booklet and cellphone application on nurses' awareness and adherence.
Materials & Methods: In a quasi-experimental study in 2020, 75 available nurses of oncology and chemotherapy departments were selected. Samples were randomly assigned to three groups. Data collection tools were based on
demographic questionnaires and Ahmadi standardized questionnaire to assess awareness and adherence. The samples participated in the pre-test by completing the questionnaires. One group was trained in chemotherapy standards with a cellphone app. The other group received the training through a booklet. The group did not receive any training control.15 days later, the questionnaires were completed again and post-test was taken. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics (number, percentage, mean, standard deviation) and inferential tests (one-way analysis of variance, post hoc LSD, paired t-test, Chi-square, Kruskal-Wallis).
Results: There was no significant difference between the groups before the intervention of the mean score of awareness and adherence with chemotherapy standards (P>0.05); But after the intervention, the mean scores of nurses' adherence in the training group with mobile application was higher than the other two groups (P<0.001). The mean score of nurses' awareness in the two intervention groups was higher than the control group (P<0.001).
Conclusion: Nurses need specialized and supplementary training to increase awareness of chemotherapy standards.
Due to their professionalism, the mobile application provides quick access to information, which, following these principles, is preferable than teaching with a booklet.
