بررسی دروس مرتبط با اخلاق حرفه ای در برنامه درسی رشته های مختلف علوم پزشکی در ایران

چکیده

مقدمه: به منظور موفقیت در درمان و مراقبت از وضعیت بیماران و ارتقای سلامت آنها، وجود یک رابطه مثبت و همراه با اعتماد بین مراجعین و مراقبین سلامت طبق مبانی اخلاقی ضرورت دارد. بنابراین بایستی این اصول در میان دانشجویان علوم پزشکی و پیراپزشکی خصوصاً گرایش ­های بالین ­محور به صورت موکد دنبال شود و در برنامه ­های آموزشی دانشگاه ­ها دروس مربوط به اخلاق حرفه­ ای به صورت ویژه ­ای مورد توجه قرار گیرد. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی دروس مرتبط با اخلاق حرفه ای در برنامه درسی رشته های مختلف علوم پزشکی در ایران بود.
روش کار: مطالعه حاضر با رویکرد تحلیل محتوای کمی به منظور شمارش تعداد واحدهای مرتبط با مبحث اخلاق حرفه ­ای در رشته ­های مختلف علوم پزشکی و پیراپزشکی انجام شد که با روش بررسی اسنادی (کتابخانه ­ای) سرفصل ­های اعلام شده برای تمامی رشته ­های در حال حاضر فعال در وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی با هدف شناسایی میزان تطبیق واحدها و دروس موجود با مبحث اخلاق حرفه ­ای مورد بررسی و مقایسه قرار گرفت.
یافته­ ها: از مجموع 11821 واحد احصاء­شده از 205 رشته، 675.5 (5.7 %) واحد احتمالا مرتبط و در نهایت 216.9 (1.8%) واحد به طور کامل مرتبط با مبحث اخلاق حرفه ­ای شناسایی شد.
نتیجه ­گیری: اختصاص نسبتا کم واحدهای مرتبط با موضوع اخلاق­ حرفه ­ای در مقایسه با تعداد کلی واحدهای رشته­ های فعال علوم پزشکی سراسر کشور، نیاز به بازنگری کلی در برنامه ­های درسی و آموزشی دانشجویان این رشته ­ها را به منظور تقویت مبانی اخلاقی و حرفه ­ای ضروری نموده است.

Introduction: To succeed in patients’ treatment and care and improving the health of them, a direct relationship with
the level of confidence and satisfaction of patients between clients and health workers based on ethical principles is necessary. Therefore, these principles should be carefully followed among medical and paramedical students, especially clinical-students and the related courses of professional ethics and attention in the curriculums should be compiled. This study aims to investigation the courses related to professional Ethics in Medical Sciences Curriculum in Iran.
Materials and Methods: This was a Quantitative Content Analysis study by documentary (library) method in order to investigate the number of units related to the topic of professional ethics in variouse fields of medical and paramedical sciences. Which currently active in the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education were reviewed and reported to identify the degree of adaptation of existing units and courses to the topic of professional ethics.
Results: Among the total of 11821 taken units from 205 disciplines, 675.5 (5.7%) units were identified to be relatively associated and 216.9 (1.8%) units were complete associated with the topic of professional ethics.
Conclusion: The allocation of few units related to the topic of professional ethics in the curriculums of medical and
paramedical sciences in Iran, it requires a general revision and promote in education programs of students in these disciplines in order to strengthen moral and professional foundations.
