دیدگاه اعضای هیأت علمی، دستیاران، کارآموزان و کارورزان گروه اطفال در زمینۀ گراند راندهای برگزار شده در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم (1402)

چکیده

مقدمه: گراند راند، شکل ویژه­ای از آموزش بالینی است که در طی آن اعضای هیأت علمی، دستیاران و دانشجویان بخش، به بحث در مورد بیماران و اقدامات بالینی کمیاب، جالب، چالش برانگیز و یا پیچیده می­پردازند؛ بنابراین هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی دیدگاه اعضای هیأت علمی، دستیاران، کارورزان و کارآموزان گروه اطفال، در زمینۀ گراند راندهای برگزار شده در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم، بوده است.
روش­ کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مقطعی – تحلیلی، بر روی 113 نفر از اعضای هیأت علمی، دستیاران، کارورزان و کارآموزان، در بخش کودکان انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش شامل: دو پرسشنامۀ اطلاعات دموگرافیک و استاندارد شدۀ گراند راند، می­ باشد. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات، با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخۀ 21 و آماری توصیفی (فراوانی و درصد)، در سطح معناداری 0/05>p انجام گرفت.
یافته‌ها: میان اعضای هیأت ‌علمی، دستیاران، کارورزان و کارآموزان گروه اطفال، در زمینۀ گراند راندهای برگزار شده (0/001=p) و حضور کارورز، در گراند راند مفید و لازم، تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد.(0/016=p) بیشتر اعضای هیأت‌ علمی، دستیاران، کارورزان و کارآموزان گروه اطفال، حضور دستیار تخصصی را در گراند راند، مناسب دانسته‌اند. اغلب دانشجویان معتقد بودند که موارد شایع بیمار، لازم است که برای معرفی، در جلسات گراند راند انتخاب شود؛ اما بیشتر رزیدنت‌ها (57/1%) و اعضای هیأت‌ علمی (100%)، معتقد بودند که موارد کمیاب، از اهمیت زیادتری برخوردار است.
نتیجه ­گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که بیشتر اعضای هیأت ‌علمی، دستیاران، کارورزان و کارآموزان گروه اطفال، حضور دستیار تخصصی را در گراند راند، مناسب دانسته‌اند. علاوه بر این در ارتباط با نحوۀ برگزاری گراند راند، زمان و اهداف برگزاری آن نیز تفاوت­ هایی میان اعضای هیأت علمی با دانشجویان وجود داشت؛ اما این تفاوت ­ها از لحاظ آماری معنادار نبودند؛ بنابراین برای نزدیک شدن دیدگاه اعضای هیأت علمی و دانشجویان، نیاز به بررسی­ های دقیق ­تر در ارتباط با چالش ­های موجود در این مسیر، می­باشد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction:
Grand Rounds is a special form of clinical education in which faculty members, residents, and department students discuss rare, interesting, challenging, or complex patients and clinical procedures. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the views of faculty members, assistants, interns and externs of the pediatric department regarding the grand rounds held at Jahrom University of Medical Sciences.
Materials and Methods: This analytical cross-sectional study was conducted on 113 faculty members, assistants, interns and externs in the pediatric department in 2023. The data collection tool in this study includes two demographic information questionnaires and a standardized Grand Rand questionnaire. Data analysis was done using spss software version 21 and descriptive statistics (frequency and percentage) at a significant level of P<0.05.
Results: There is a significant difference between faculty members, assistants, interns and externs of pediatric department regarding the grand rounds held (p=0.001) and the stager's presence in the grand rounds being useful and necessary (p=0.016). The majority of faculty members, assistants, interns and externs of the pediatric department have found it appropriate to have a specialized assistant in the Grand Round. The majority of students believed that common patient cases should be chosen as the representative in the Grand Round meetings; but the majority of residents (57.1%) and faculty members (100%) believed that rare cases are more important.
Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the majority of faculty members, assistants, interns and externs of the pediatric department considered the presence of a specialized assistant in Grand Round appropriate. In addition, there were differences between faculty members and the students regarding the manner of holding the Grand Round and the time and objectives of the Grand Round, but these differences were not statistically significant. Therefore, in order to approach the views of faculty members and students, more detailed investigations are needed in relation to the challenges in this direction.
