چکیده

مقدمه: احیای قلبی ریوی از جمله عملیات حیات بخشی است که شانس بقا پس از ایست قلبی را افزایش میدهد. از میـان افـرادی کـه بایـد در مـورد CPR آمـوزش کافی دیده باشند، دانشجویان پزشکی از جایگاه ویـژهای برخوردار می باشند زیرا که در آینده بـه عنـوان پزشـک باید بتوانند یک تیم احیاء قلبی- ریوی را مدیریت کنند.
روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی در سال 1401 بر روی کلیه دانشجویان مقطع اینترن و اکسترنی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم انجام شد. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات در این مطالعه شامل دو بخش اطلاعات دموگرافیک و اگاهی دانشجویان در مورد احیای قلبی ریوی پایه و پیشرفته در مورد تغییرات پورتکل احیاء بر اساس پورتکل 2020 آمریکا می باشد.
نتایج: سطح آگاهی دانشجویان اکثریت دانشجویان در سطح متوسط 30 نفر (6/47%) بوده است. بین سطح آگاهی دانشجویان در خصوص تغییرات پروتوکل احیا با جنسیت و سابقه شرکت در کارگاه و دوره ها اموزش احیا ارتباط آماری معنی‌دار وجود نداشت (05/0<p). همچنین بین نمره آگاهی دانشجویان در خصوص تغییرات پروتوکل احیا با سن ارتباط آماری معنی‌دار وجود داشت (001/0>p، 45/0=r).
نتیجه گیری: براساس نتایج حاصل از مطالعه حاضر سطح آگاهی اکثریت دانشجویان در سطح متوسط بوده است. بنابراین با شناخت وضعیت موجود و جنبه هایی از فرایند احیا کـه دانشجویان اکسترن و اینترن در آنهـا بر اساس آخرین تغییرات پورتکل احیاء ضـعف دارند، میتوان به مسئولان و مدیران آمورشی در شناخت اشکالات و برنامه ریزی در جهت ارتقاء آگـاهی انان در این خصوص کمک کرد

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is one of the life-giving operations that increases the chance of survival after cardiac arrest. Among the people who should have enough training about CPR, medical students have a special position because in the future, as doctors, they should be able to manage a cardiopulmonary resuscitation team.
Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted in 2023 on all internal and extern students of Jahrom University of Medical Sciences. The data collection tool in this study includes two sections of demographic information and students' awareness about basic and advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation regarding the changes in the resuscitation portal based on the 2020 US portal.
Results: The level of awareness of the majority of students was at the average level of 30 people (47.6%). There was no statistically significant relationship between the level of students' knowledge about resuscitation protocol changes with gender and history of participation in resuscitation training workshops and courses (P<0.05).
Conclusion: Based on the results of the present study, the knowledge level of the majority of students was at an average level. Therefore, by knowing the current situation and aspects of the recovery process in which external and internal students are weak based on the latest changes of the recovery port, it is possible to help the officials and managers of Amurshi in recognizing the problems and planning to improve their awareness in this regard.
