چکیده

مقدمه: مفهوم محیط در بسیاری از مدل و تئوری های پرستاری دارای اهمیت است. توجه به نقش محیط و پرستاری به طور توأم مورد توجه دانشمندان پرستاری است. لذا؛ در این مقاله پس از ارائه دیدگاه های کل نگری از منظر مکاتب فلسفی موجود در پرستاری، مقایسه ای تحلیلی بین آن ها و اسلام از نظر محتوای مفهومی انجام گرفته است.
موادو روش ها: مطالعه به صورت مروری روایتی و با روش بررسی کتابخانه ای انجام شده است. جستجو با کلمات کلیدی؛ محیط پرستاری، متاپارادایم پرستاری، کل گرایی، تفکر اسلامی، جهان بینی کنشی، جهان بینی همزمانی و پرستاری در بانک های اطلاعاتی SID  Medlib, ,Iranmedex, Magiran Irandoc,   Pubmed, Scoupus ISI,و Isc از سال 1980تا 2021 و کتب فلسفی و متون اسلامی انجام شد.
 یافته ها:  در زیر مجموعه فلسفه کل گرایی، جهان بینی کنشی (توتالیتی)، محیط انسان را پیرامون وعوامل مؤثر در توانایی سازگاری فردی تعریف می نماید محیط کاملاً به صورت انعطاف ناپذیر، ایستا، تجربی و طبیعی  توصیف شده است. در جهان بینی همزمانی(سیمولتانیتی) ، انسان و محیط پیوسته و یکپارچه با یکدیگر تلقی می شوند، به گونه ای که انسان از جهان هستی جدا نمی باشد. دیدگاه اسلامی، معتقد به آن است که  انسان دارای دومحیط بیرونی (زیستی) ,و درونی است.
نتیجه گیری: یکی از ابعاد مهم سلامت محیط، سلامت رفتار و ارتباط نیکوی افراد جامعه با یکدیگر است. برای تحقق این امر مهم، در تعالیم آسمانی و الهی اسلام، توجه به روابط نیکو با اعضای جوامع بشری وحسن معاشرت از موارد تأکید شده در قوانین اسلامی است.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The concept of environment is one of the importance concepts in many models and theories of nursing. Paying attention to the role of environment and nursing is issues for nursing scientists.So, in this article, after presenting holistic views from the perspective of the existing philosophical schools in nursing, an analytical comparison has been made between them and Islam in terms of conceptual content.
Method:  The study was conducted narrative review in 2020 using the library research method to analyze and compare the concept of environment from the perspective of Islam and other philosophical schools of nursing. Search with keywords holistic, holism, Islamic thought, simultaneous action and reciprocal interaction worldview, and nursing in SID, Medlib, Iranmedex, Magiran Irandoc, Pubmed, Scoupus, ISI, and Isc databases from of 1980 to 2021 was done. Also, the philosophical books of Islamic literature was assessed.
Results: In the holistic phylosophy, reciprocal interaction worldview, the human environment surrounds the environmental environment about the ability of individual adaptability, in this approach, the effects of factors such as economics, culture and social issues are overlooked and does not explain it. In the simultaneous action worldview, humans and the environment are continuous and integrated with each other, in such a way that man is not separate from the world. Therefore, human understanding is a reflection of the world. . Meanwhile, the Islamic view believes that man have two environments outer and inner .
Conclusion: One of the important dimensions of environmental health is the health of behavior and good communication between people in the community. To achieve this important thing, in the heavenly and divine teachings of Islam, paying attention to good relations with members of human societies and good fellowship is one of the issues emphasized in Islamic laws.
