تبیین چالش های فرهنگی دانشجویان بعنوان حلقه مفقوده آموزش در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم: یک تحلیل محتوای کیفی

چکیده

مقدمه: دانشگاه یکی از مهمترین محیط ها برای انتقال ارزشها به نسل جوان می باشد. توجه به کلیت چالشهای دانشجویی تاثیر گذار در آموزش امر مهمی است. ضروری است به موازات آموزش و پژوهش، بر فعالیت های فرهنگی در دانشگاه بیشتر پرداخته شود. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تبیین چالش های فرهنگی دانشجویان در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم انجام گرفت.
روش کار: در این مطالعه کیفی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم با رویکرد تحلیل محتوای قراردادی،10 مصاحبه فردی و یک مصاحبه گروهی (12نفر)  با دانشجویان کارشناسی و پزشکی که از فعالین فرهنگی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بودند و حداقل 2 سال سابقه حضور در دانشگاه را داشتند، به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انجام شد. داده ها از طریق مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختار یافته جمع آوری شد. مصاحبه ها استفاده از روش گرانهایم و لاندمن با کمک نرم افزارMAXQDA 10  مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: 72/72 درصد مشارکت کنندگان زن بودند. میانگین سن آنان (18/1± 17/24) و میانگین فعالیت فرهنگی مشارکت کنندگان (67/0± 15/3) سال بود.322 کد اولیه، نه زیر طبقه(موازی کاری، همزمانی رویدادها، برنامه ریزی ضعیف، حمایت ناکافی، تقدیر ناعادلانه، توجیه نبودن فعالین فرهنگی، بی تفاوتی دانشجویان، اطلاع رسانی نامناسب و مشارکت و حساسیت کم اساتید) و سه طبقه اصلی (چالش های ساختاری، چالش های دانشجویان و چالش های اساتید) بدست آمد.
نتیجه گیری: توجه به حلقه مفقوده سیاست گذاری و کل نگری در توانمندسازی دانشجویان بسیار حیاتی است. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که در حوزه های مربوط به ساختار، دانشجو و استاد چالش های فرهنگی وجود دارد که باید مورد توجه برنامه ریزان کلان فرهنگی دانشگاه قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: It is important to pay attention to the overall impact of student challenges in education.University is one of the most important environments for transferring values to the young generation. It is necessary to pay more attention to cultural activities in the university along with education and research. Therefore, the present study was conducted to explain the cultural challenges of students at Jahrom University of Medical Sciences.
 Methodology: Methodology: In this qualitative study at Jahrom University of Medical Sciences, with a contractual content analysis approach, 10 individual interviews and one group interview (12 people) with undergraduate and medical students who were cultural activists of the University of Medical Sciences and at least 2 years of experience at the university. It was done by purpose sampling method. Data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews. The interviews were analyzed by the Granheim and Lundman method with the help of MAXQDA 10 software.
Findings: 72.72% of the participants were women. Their average age was (24.17±1.18) and the average cultural activity of the participants was (3.15±0.67) years. 322 primary codes, nine subclasses (parallel work, simultaneity of events, poor planning, insufficient support), unfair appreciation, lack of justification of cultural activists, indifference of students, inappropriate information, and low participation and sensitivity of professors) and three main categories (structural challenges, students' challenges, and professors' challenges) were obtained. 
Conclusion: Paying attention to the missing link of policy making and holistic view is very vital in empowering students.The results of the study showed that there are challenges in the fields related to the structure, students, and professors that should be taken into consideration by the cultural planners of the university.
