چکیده
مقدمه: آمادگی جوانان برای ورود به بازار کار، یعنی داشتن آمادگی لازم برای انتخاب در هنگام روبه­رو شدن با فرصت­های شغلی، اقتصادی و موقعیت­های اجتماعی می ­باشد. در عصر حاضر، مسئولیت تربیت نیروهای متخصص و آموزش مهارت­ های مورد نیاز به دانشجوها، برعهدۀ مراکز علمی و دانشگاه­ها بوده است و سنجش آن برای دانشجویان به ویژه رشتۀ پرستاری، اهمیت بیشتری دارد. پژوهش حاضر، با هدف تعیین میزان آمادگی برای ورود به بازارکار در دانشجویان پرستاری انجام شد.
روش کار: پژوهش توصیفی – مقطعی حاضر، به روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی در سال 1402، انجام شده است که171 نفر از دانشجویان پرستاری مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی یزد، مشارکت کردند. جهت جمع­ آوری داده ­ها از فرم اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامۀ گذر از دانشگاه به بازار کار، استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ ها، با نرم افزار آماری SPSS  نسخۀ 22 و با سطح معنادار 0/05 درصد، انجام شده است.
یافته­ ها: میانگین نمرۀ گذر از دانشگاه به کار شرکت ­کنندگان (23.17±115.38) به­دست آمد. بالاترین نمره مربوط به حیطۀ کنجکاوی گذر (8.71±34.09) و پایین­ترین نمره مربوط به محدودۀ اعتماد گذر (4.80±21.72) بوده است. بین هیچ­کدام از مشخصات دموگرافیک دانشجویان، با نمرۀ گذر از دانشگاه به کار، رابطۀ آماری معناداری وجود نداشت. نتیجه­ گیری: براساس یافته­ ها، میزان آمادگی گذر از دانشگاه به کار دانشجویان پرستاری، در سطح متوسط می­ باشد؛ آن­گونه ­که تدوین و تدارک برنامه­ های آموزشی مناسب، هنگام تحصیل در دانشگاه، از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است.

چکیده English

Introduction: Preparing young people to enter the labor market means having the necessary preparation to choose when faced with job opportunities, economic and social situations. Today, scientific centers and universities are responsible for training specialized forces and teaching students the skills they need, and measuring it is more important for students, especially in the field of nursing. The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the level of preparation for entering the labor market in nursing students.
Methods & Materials: The current cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted by random sampling method in 2023. 171 undergraduate nursing students of Yazd University of Medical Sciences participated in this study. In order to collect data, a demographic information form and a questionnaire for the transition from university to the labor market were used. Data analysis was done with SPSS version 22 statistical software with a significance level of 0.05.
Results: The average passing grade from university to work of the participants was obtained (115.38±23.17). The highest score is related to the field of curiosity (34.09 ± 8.71) and the lowest score is related to the field of confidence (21.72 ± 4.80). There was no statistically significant relationship between any of the students' demographic characteristics and the passing grade from university to work (P>0.05).
Conclusion: Based on the findings, the level of preparation of nursing students to pass from university to work is at an average level. Compilation and preparation of appropriate educational programs while studying at the university is of great importance.
