بررسی اهمیت و کاربرد روش کلاس درس معکوس در آموزش علوم پزشکی: مروری - روایتی

چکیده
مقدمه: در عصر حاضر، دانشجویان علاقۀ چندانی به روش‌های آموزشی غیرفعال ندارند و ترجیح می‌دهند، در محیط‌ های یادگیری مشارکتی و فراگیر­محور، حضور داشته باشند. یکی از روش‌هایی که می‌توان با کمک آن در نحوۀ تدریس، تغییرات اثربخشی انجام داد، کلاس درس معکوس است. پژوهش حاضر، با هدف مروری بر اهمیت و کاربرد روش کلاس درس معکوس، در آموزش دانشجویان علوم پزشکی انجام شد.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر، از نوع مروری - روایتی بوده است که از طریق جست­وجوی منابع فارسی و انگلیسی مرتبط با موضوع، در پایگاه­ های معتبر داخلی و بین المللی شامل: SID، Magiran، PubMed، Science Direct، Scopus، Web of Science و موتور جست­وجوی Google Scholar، با استفاده از کلیدواژه­های آموزش (Education)، یادگیری (Learning)، کلاس درس معکوس (Flipped classroom)، دانشجو (Student) و علوم پزشکی (Medical sciences) در فاصلۀ زمانی 2015 تا 2024، تدوین گردید. فرایند انتخاب مقالات، براساس نمودار PRISMA ، انجام شد و کیفیت مقالات منتخب، با استفاده از ابزارهای STROB و CASP، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. پس از حذف مقالات تکراری، عنوان و چکیدۀ مقالات باقیمانده بررسی و مقالات غیرمرتبط با موضوع مطالعه، حذف شدند؛ سپس متن کامل مقالات باقیمانده، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
یافته ­ها: در مجموع، 738 مقاله بازیابی و سرانجام، 15 مقاله وارد مطالعه شدند. نتایج حاصل از بررسی مطالعات در زمینۀ اهمیت و کاربرد روش یادگیری کلاس درس معکوس، در آموزش پزشکی حاکی از آن بود که آموزش معکوس، یکی از شیوه‌های آموزشی فعال و فراگیر­محور است که با ایجاد شرایط جذاب، باعث اثربخشی یادگیری شده؛ چنانچه استفاده از روش یادگیری معکوس، در آموزش پزشکی فواید و پیامدهای مثبت متعددی از جمله: بهبود کسب دانش، ارتقای مهارت، افزایش رضایتمندی، بهبود تصمیم­گیری و افزایش انگیزه دارد که در مطالعات بررسی شده در پژوهش حاضر، به آن­ها اشاره شده است.
نتیجه­  گیری: شواهد نشان داد که کلاس درس معکوس، باعث بهبود یادگیری، کاهش استرس و افزایش رضایت فراگیران می‌شود. استفاده از روش کلاس درس معکوس، در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی مستلزم تغییر دیدگاه، پذیرش و حمایــت همه‌جانبۀ مــدیران، افــزایش کیفیــت امکانــات و زیرساخت­ های آموزش مجازی و اطلاع‌رسانی مناسب به ذینفعان و فراگیران، در مورد روش ­های نوین آموزش، یادگیری و مزایای آن نسبت به روش­های سنتی آموزش است.

Investigating the importance and application of the flipped classroom method in medical science education: A review- narrative study

چکیده English

Introduction: Today, students are not interested in passive educational methods and prefer to be present in collaborative and student-oriented learning environments. One of the methods that can be used to make effective changes in the teaching method is the flipped classroom. The present study was conducted to review the importance and application of the flipped classroom method in the education of medical students.
Materials and Methods: The present article is the result of a narrative review study that was conducted through the search of Persian and English sources related to the topic in reliable national and international databases including SID, Magiran, PubMed, Science Direct, Scopus, Web of Science and Google Scholar search engine, using the keywords of Education, Learning, Flipped classroom, Student, and Medical sciences from 2015 to 2024. The articles were selected based on the PRISMA diagram, and the quality of selected articles was assessed using the STROB and CASP tools. After removing duplicate articles, the title and abstract of the remaining articles were checked and the articles unrelated to the study topic were removed; then the full text of the remaining articles was examined.
Results: In total, 738 articles were retrieved and finally, 15 articles were included in the study. The results of examining the studies on the importance and application of the flipped classroom learning method in medical education indicated that the flipped teaching is one of the active and inclusive-oriented educational methods that has made learning effective by creating attractive conditions; as the use of the reverse learning method in medical education has many benefits and positive consequences, such as: improving knowledge acquisition, improving skills, increasing satisfaction, improving decision-making and increasing motivation, which have been mentioned in the studies reviewed in this research.
Conclusion: Evidence suggests that the flipped classroom improves learning, reduces stress, and increases student satisfaction. The use of the flipped classroom teaching method in universities of medical sciences requires a change of perspective, the acceptance and comprehensive support of managers, increasing the quality of virtual education facilities and infrastructures, and providing appropriate information to the stakeholders and learners about the new methods of teaching and learning and their benefits compared to traditional methods of education.
