تحلیل مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر انتقال توانمندی پرستاران در آموزش مجازی: رویکردی مبتنی بر بن‌سازه‌های یادگیری

چکیده
مقدمه: در برنامه‌ریزی‌های راهبردی پرستاری بر آموزش مداوم و برخط، تأکید شده است تا با ایجاد مخزنی از دانش و مهارت، کیفیت مراقبت­ها ارتقا یابد. پژوهش حاضر، با هدف تحلیل مؤلفه ­های مؤثر بر انتقال توانمندی پرستاران، با تکیه بر بن­ سازه ­های یادگیری انجام شده است.
روش­ کار: پژوهش حاضر، از نوع توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و با رویکرد ترکیبی بوده که در بیمارستان­ های فیاض ­بخش و البرز (1402) انجام شده است. در بخش کیفی، 12 نفر از کارشناسان حرفه، به ­روش هدفمند و در بخش کمی، 148 نفر پرستار شاغل، به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. داده ­ها، از طریق مصاحبة نیمه­ ساختار­یافته و پرسشنامة محقق ­ساخته، جمع­ آوری و با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا، تحلیل عاملی و نرم ­افزارهای SPSS و Smart PLS ، مورد تجزیه ­و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته ­ها: در بخش کیفی، از طریق تحلیل محتوا، مؤلفه‌های ساده ­سازی تعامل­ ها و حفظ ارتباطات، مهارت ­های برخط حل چالش ­ها، ملاک­ های کنترل و ارزشیابی، پشتیبانی و کنش گری مدیران، ایجاد انگیزه و علایق، نوآوری و خلاقیت و رسمیت بخشی به فرایند آموزش، شناسایی و مبنای تدوین پرسشنامة محقق ­ساخته قرار گرفتند. در بخش کمی پس از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأیید مؤلفه­ ها و اطمینان از کفایت نمونه­ گیری (992/0) از طریق تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، تأثیر مثبت و معنادار مؤلفه ­ها مشخص شد که ساده ­سازی تعامل ­ها و حفظ ارتباطات (972/0) دارای بیشترین بار عاملی بود.
نتیجه ­گیری: بهره ­گیری از آموزش برخط، فرصتی فراهم می‌آورد تا سازمان‌های مراقبتی با حداقل منابع، باعث توانمندسازی پایدار پرستاران گردند؛ از­این­رو، پیشنهاد می‌­شود که سیاست‌گذاران و مدیران آموزشی، انتقال دانش از طریق بستر مجازی را به‌عنوان یکی از اولویت‌های راهبردی، مدنظر قرار دهند و با نگرشی بلندمدت، باعث گسترش مراقبت­ ها و حفظ دانش حرفه­ ای گردند.

Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Transfer of Nurses' Capabilities in Virtual Education: An Approach Based on Learning Infrastructures

چکیده English

Introduction: In nursing strategic planning, continuous and online education has been emphasized to improve the quality of care by creating a repository of knowledge and skills; this research aimed to analyze the components effective in transferring nurses' capabilities based on learning infrastuctures.
Methods and Materials: The present study is descriptive-analytical with a mixed approach and a sequential exploratory design, conducted at 2023 in the Fayaz Bakhsh and Alborz hospitals. In the qualitative part, 12 nursing experts were selected purposively and in the quantitative part, 148 working nurses were selected by simple random sampling. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and a researcher-made questionnaire and analyzed using content analysis and factor analysis and SPSS and Smart PLS software.
Results: In the qualitative section, through content analysis, the components of simplifying interactions and maintaining communication, online skills for solving challenges, control and evaluation criteria, support and activism of managers, creating motivation and interests, innovation and creativity, and formalizing the training process were identified and used as the basis for developing a researcher-made questionnaire. In the quantitative section, after exploratory factor analysis and confirmation of the components and ensuring the adequacy of sampling (0.992), through confirmatory factor analysis, the positive and significant effect of the components was determined that simplifying interactions and maintaining communication (0.972) had the highest factor load.
Conclusion: The use of online education provides an opportunity for care organizations with minimal resources to empower nurses sustainably. Therefore, it is suggested that policymakers and educational managers consider knowledge transfer through virtual platforms as a strategic priority and, with a long-term perspective, develop care and maintain professional knowledge.
