تاثیر آموزش برنامه فعالیت‌های باغبانی بر اضطراب، استرس و افسردگی بیماران مبتلا به اختلالات روانپزشکی

چکیده
مقدمه: بیماران مبتلا به اختلالات روانی شدید، در مسیر درمان با چالش های روانشناختی متعددی روبرو می شوند. آنها افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس را با شدت و ضعف های متفاوتی تجربه می کنند. فعال‌سازی رفتار بیماران مزمن، در بیمارستان‎های روانپزشکی با روش‌های مختلفی مقدور است که یکی از آن روش‌ها، درگیر ساختن بیمار در فعالیت‌های باغبانی درمانی است. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر آموزش برنامه فعالیت‌های باغبانی بر عملکرد روانی بیماران مبتلا به اختلالات روانپزشکی بستری در بیمارستان فارابی اصفهان انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه یک مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی همراه با گروه کنترل و با طرح ‌آزمون قبل و بلافاصله بعد از مداخله بود که در آن 6۰ نفر از بیماران مبتلا به اختلالات روانپزشکی بستری در مرکز درمانی فارابی شهر اصفهان در سال ۱۴۰3 به روش نمونه‌گیری آسان انتخاب شدند و در دو گروه 30 نفرة کنترل و آزمون قرار گرفتند. برنامه آموزش فعالیت‌های باغبانی، طی ۶ جلسه یک و نیم ساعته و در قالب گروه‌های سه الی چهارنفره بیماران برای گروه آزمون و به‌طور روزانه انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها فرم مشخصات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس(DASS-21) بود. داده‌ها توسط نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 22 و آزمون آماری توصیفی و استنباطی تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: نتایج مطالعه نشان داد تفاوت میانگین نمره اضطراب در دو گروه آزمون و گروه کنترل در مرحله‌ی پس‌آزمون معنی‌دار است؛ به‌عبارت دیگر می‌توان گفت مداخله مبتنی بر آموزش باغبانی در گروه‌ آزمون در مرحله پس‌آزمون نمرات اضطراب را به طور معناداری تغییر داده است (001/0> P).با این حال، تفاوت میانگین نمرات افسردگی(0/014= P) و استرس(0/08= P) بین دو گروه از نظر آماری معنادار نبود.
نتیجه گیری: باتوجه‌به تأثیر آموزش برنامه فعالیت‌های باغبانی بر بهبود اضطراب در بیماران مبتلا به اختلالات روانپزشکی، پیشنهاد می‌گردد از باغبانی درمانی به‌عنوان روشی مؤثر برای این گروه از بیماران در مراکز روانپزشکی و سایر مراکز درمانی استفاده شود.

چکیده English

Introduction: Patients with severe mental disorders face numerous psychological challenges during their treatment. They experience depression, anxiety, and stress with varying degrees of severity and weakness. Behavioral activation of chronic patients in psychiatric hospitals is possible through various methods, one of which is involving the patient in horticultural activities program. Therefore, the present study was conducted to determine the effect of horticultural activities program training on the psychological function of patients with psychiatric disorders hospitalized in Farabi Hospital in Isfahan.
Materials and Methods: This study was a controlled clinical trial with a pre and post intervention design, in which 60 patients with psychiatric disorders hospitalized at Farabi Hospital in Isfahan in 1403 were selected by convenience sampling method and placed in two groups of 30 control and intervention. The horticultural activities program training was held for the intervention group in 6 one and a half hour sessions in groups of three to four patients daily. The data collection tool were a demographic characteristics form and a depression, anxiety, and stress questionnaire (DASS-21). Data were analyzed using SPSS version 22 and descriptive and inferential statistical tests.
Results: The results of the study showed that the difference in the mean score of anxiety in the intervention and control groups in the post-test phase was significant; in other words, it can be said that the horticultural activities program training in the intervention group in the post-test phase significantly changed the anxiety scores (P<0.001).However, the mean scores of depression (P = 0.14) and stress (P = 0.08) did not show a statistically significant difference between the groups.
Conclusion: Considering the effect of a horticultural activities program training on improving anxiety in patients with psychiatric disorders, it is suggested that horticultural therapy be used as an effective method for this group of patients in psychiatric centers and other treatment centers.
