چکیده

مقدمه: موضوع مهمی که لازم است همواره در ارائه ی مراقبت ها مورد توجه قرار گیرد، دستیابی به کیفیت مطلوب ارائه ی خدمات و جلب رضایت بیماران است . هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی دیدگاه بیماران درباره ی میزان رعایت کدهای اخلاق حرفه ای در حیطه ی ارائه ی خدمات بالینی پرستاران دربیمارستان های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم می باشد.
روش کار: در این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی 210 نفر از بیماران بستری در بیمارستان های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم شرکت داشتند که به روش سهمیه ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها بر اساس پرسشنامه پژوهشگردر حیطه ی روا و پایایی (84/ r=.) بود که شامل دو بخش اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی و 7 سؤال اختصاصی در حیطه ی ارائه ی خدمات بالینی با مقیاس پنج درجه ای لیکرت می باشد. جهت تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی- استنباطی استفاده ه شد.
یافته ها: میانگین میزان رعایت کدهای اخلاق حرفه ای در حیطه ی ارائه ی خدمات بالینی توسط پرستاران،33/5 ±68/20(از کل 28نمره) گزارش شد که در سطح خوب قرارمی گرفت. بین هیچ کدام از مشخصات جمعیت شناختی بیماران(سن، جنس، وضعیت تأهل، محل زندگی، تحصیلات و شغل) و مشخصات بستری آنها(بیمارستان و بخش محل بستری، سابقه ی بستری و طول بستری) با رعایت کدهای اخلاق حرفه ای پرستاران ارتباط معنا داری مشاهده نشد.
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به سطح رعایت خوب کدهای اخلاق حرفه ای پرستاری ، در حیطه ی ارائه ی خدمات بالینی از دیدگاه بیماران به نظر می رسد حفظ و ارتقاء وضعیت موجود باید مد نظر مسئولان مربوط قرار گیرد شود

Introduction:
An important issue of nursing in the provision of care is to achieve the desirable quality of services in order to gain the satisfaction of patients. The aim of this study is to consider the views of patients regarding the observance of codes of professional ethics in the domain of clinical services by nurses working in hospitals affiliated to Jahrom University of Medical Sciences.
Materials and Methods:
In this descriptive-analytical study, 210 patients admitted in different hospitals of Jahrom University of Medical Sciences were selected using randomized quota sampling.The data gathering tool consisted of a valid, reliable (r=0/84) questionnaire including two sections of demographic information and 7 specific questions related to clinical services with 5-point Likert scale. Data analysis was performed by descriptive and analytic statistics via SPSS.
Results:
The mean of observance of codes of professional ethics by nurses in the domain of clinical services through the perspective of patients was 20/68±5/33 (out of total 28). Findings of the research indicated no significant or meaningful relationship between the patients’ demographic data (age, sex, marital status, place of residence, education and occupation) and the characteristics of hospitalization (hospital and ward-inpatient, history of hospitalization and length of stay) in one hand, and the observance of codes of professional ethics for nurses on the other.
Conclusion:
With respect to the acceptable level of the observance of codes of professional ethic by nurses in the area of clinical services and according to the data collected from patients, it seems necessary that hospital authorities have to direct their efforts towards keeping and promoting the present situation.
