دانش دانشجویان در مورد احیای قلبی - ریوی : مروری روایی بر مطالعات انجام شده در ایران

چکیده

مقدمه: احیای قلبی –ریوی (CPR)، یک روش نجات دهندۀ زندگی است که در مواقع اضطراری مانند ایست قلبی، مورد استفاده قرار
می گیرد. دانش CPR ، در میان دانشجویان علوم پزشکی، برای اجرای مؤثر آن ضروری است. در ایران، اطلاعات محدودی در مورد سطح دانش و آگاهی از CPR، در میان دانشجویان وجود دارد.
روش ­کار: این بررسی، روایتی با هدف ارائه مروری بر مطالعات انجام شده در ایران، بر اساس دانش و آگاهی از CPR ، در میان دانشجویان انجام شد. پایگاه داده­ های جستجو شده شامل: PubMed ، Scopus ، Web of Science ، Elmnet ،SID ، Iranmedex و موتور جستجوگر Google Scholar ، بود و کلیدواژه ­های مورد جستجوی از قبیل: «ایران»، «دانشجو»، «پزشکی»، «پرستاری»، «کارورز»، «رزیدنت»، «آگاهی» و «احیای قلبی- ریوی»، معادل انگلیسی آن بود.
یافته­ ها: 12 مقاله، در این مرور روایی گنجانده شدند، که همۀ آن­ها در مناطق مختلف ایران، انجام شده بود. نتایج نشان داد که سطح کلی دانش و آگاهی از CPR، در میان دانشجویان ایرانی، بسیار پایین بود. برای دانشجویان پزشکی و پیراپزشکی، شرکت در دوره­های CPR، یک امر ضروری است. تأکید بر ارائه دوره ­ها و کارگاه­ های آموزشی با کیفیت، برای تمامی دانشجویان علوم پزشکی و ارزیابی مجدد مهارت­ ها برای آن­ ها لازم می ­باشد؛ همچنین آموزش عملی و نظری، با کیفیت پایین می‌تواند، منجر به دانش ناکافی CPR و مهارت­ های عملی گردد؛ با این حال توجه به آموزش CPR، برای تمامی افراد جامعه ضروری است.
نتیجه­ گیری: یافته ­های این بررسی، حاکی از عدم دانش و آگاهی از CPR، در میان دانشجویان ایرانی می ­باشد؛ بنابراین شامل آموزش CPR، به عنوان بخش اجباری از برنامۀ درسی برای همۀ دانشجویان در ایران، ضروری است. علاوه بر این، باید تلاش شود تا آگاهی عمومی از اهمیت CPR و فراهم کردن فرصت­ های آموزشی برای عموم مردم از جمله دانشجویان، انجام گردد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a life-saving method used in emergencies such as cardiac arrest. Knowledge of CPR among medical students is essential for its effective implementation. In Iran, there is limited information about the level of knowledge and awareness of CPR among students.
Materials and Methods: This narrative review was conducted with the aim of providing an overview of the studies conducted in Iran regarding the knowledge and awareness of CPR among students. The databases searched included
PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, SID, Elmnet, Iranmedex and Google Scholar search engine, and the
search terms used were "Iran", "student", "medicine", "nursing", "intern", "Resident", "awareness" and "cardiopulmonary resuscitation" are the English equivalents of them.
Result: Twelve studies were included in this narrative review, all of which were conducted in different regions of Iran. The results showed that the general level of knowledge and awareness of CPR among Iranian students was very low. For medical and paramedical students, participation in CPR courses is essential. It is necessary to emphasize on providing quality courses and workshops for all medical students and to re-evaluate their skills. Also, poor quality practical and theoretical training can lead to insufficient CPR knowledge and practical skills. However, attention to CPR training is necessary for all members of the community.
Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate a lack of knowledge and awareness of CPR among Iranian students.
Therefore, it is necessary to include CPR training as a mandatory part of the curriculum for all students in Iran. In addition, efforts should be made to raise public awareness of the importance of CPR and provide educational opportunities to the general public, including students.
